Smelled awful and completely outdated. Badly needs to be updated and again the smell was disgusting. Once entering into the condo, remodeled nicely, but unfortunately nothing was working..internet, cable, etc. It was eventually fixed. The condo windows were all completely blocked by snow in the parking lot so it was like you were in a dungeon. The parking spaces were not cleared and it just wasn't a good-vibe place. Kind of depressing. I made the big mistake, thinking they had a community hot tub and they didn't. It looks great in the pics, but we didn't like it and the above was our true experience. We've stayed at many places in Park Cities and this was our least favorite. I will say the staff was very nice and helpful with directions, and emails. Just being honest, I would never rent out this place. Would give 2 stars, but it was nicely remodeled inside and the staff was good. ##### Steve R.
