The main floor has a well appointed kitchen area and living space. The furniture is comfortable as are the beds with plenty of linens. The location is great between Park City and Deer Valley. The garage has plenty of underground parking and the bus stop is steps from the buildings location. The hot tub was very nice and well maintained, although the lid covering the hot tub is heavy and the patio area to store it during use is tight. The water pressure in the showers is fine, but learning how to control the temperature is a bit tricky. The pillows in the living area are a bit worn and the carpet has a few spots that have light staining. The fireplace added a comfort and warmth to the living area. On a whole, I would recommend this townhome to people and I would consider staying again. A little TLC on those minor issues would make this a 5-star property. As is I would give it 4.2 out of 5\. ##### Robert B. You can’t drive to condo front door, it’s easy to get up elevator in garage with luggage and skis, just get garage code before arrival! We also Instacarted basic groceries for breakfast and paper towels, tissues, etc which was very efficient.
