It is also just a quick 10 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. This makes this unit the perfect spot. The space 1014 Empire Ave has been fully remodeled with completion fall of 2023\. There are two units. Unit 1 is on multiple levels with the living area and kitchen on the top floor with vaulted ceilings. This unit has 1 primary bedroom with a King Bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and access to the deck and hot tub. Bedroom 2 is a Queen Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3 is another Queen Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 4 is a set of twin beds with a bathroom with a shower/tub. There is also an additional half bath. Unit 2 is also available for rent. Guest access The garage space is a shared space for both units for the renter's skis, and boots.
