WHAT TO KNOW \- Everyone in your group must be over 21 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. \- The maximum occupancy is 12 people. \- The maximum number of cars is one. \- This home is not recommended for guests with mobility issues. \- There is one parking space available in the driveway. \- Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING \- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. \- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. \- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. \- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. \- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation.
