Just 1.5 miles from Park City's Main St. and 1/2 a mile from the base of the famed Deer Valley Resort, this home is in the heart of Deer Valleys Snow Park Lodge area. With access to a private ski shuttle that picks you up in your driveway, close proximity to the free city bus, and a private hot tub, this Chateau can't be beaten! With approximately 2,000 square feet of living space, the Chateau is spacious and well-appointed. The main level includes the living room adjoining the kitchen and dining area, with vaulted, wood-paneled ceilings, and hardwood flooring. The fireplace is floor to ceiling rustic stone with a beautiful, carved wood mantel. As an additional upgrade, the home has been remodeled with an updated master suite and kitchen. Living Room: Elegant European style furnishings, fireplace, flat-screen TV. Kitchen: Very well equipped for cooking meals. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring. Dining Room: Seating for 8 at the dining table, 4 stools at counter/bar. \~ Three bedrooms including two master suites and a bunk room make this the perfect family vacation spot. \~ The views of “Champion” the 2002 Olympic mogul course are spectacular. \~ Close to the heart of Main St. and Lower Deer Valley \~ Breathtaking views and serene environment \~ Kitchen stocked with all of your cooking and baking needs \~ Comfortable decor throughout \~ Garage with one space available for your mid-size vehicle \~ Please note that property does not feature AC of any kind. House Rules: 🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour. 👤 RESERVATION HOLDER The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time before or during the stay. 🔇 NOISE & OCCUPANCY Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Strictly Enforced) per Summit County law and local HOA rules. No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number listed in your reservation unless otherwise approved in writing, If the number of guests exceeds the reservation count without written approval, a fee of $85 per unauthorized guest per night may be charged to the primary reservation holder, and APRÈS may cancel your reservation with no qualifying refund. 🚭 SMOKING / VAPING Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside or on property grounds. A minimum $500 fine applies for any odor, evidence, or damage caused by smoking. 🚫 PARKING & VEHICLES Street parking is PROHIBITED, unless otherwise noted. All vehicles must be parked in the garage, driveway, or assigned spaces. Guests are responsible for any towing, HOA fines, or violations related to improper parking. Many neighborhoods are actively monitored by the HOA and private security. 🐾 PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved prior to arrival. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 violation fee. Service animals MUST be disclosed to host, PRIOR to arrival per ADA requirements; no additional fees apply to qualified service animals. 🛋️ HOME CARE & FURNITURE Do not move indoor furniture. Damage or repositioning will result in a re-staging or repair fee. Outdoor furniture may be repositioned but must be returned to original placement before check-out. Do not hang towels or clothing on railings, decks, or furniture. Use hooks or designated drying racks if available. 🌡️ HVAC & ENERGY USE Do not leave windows or doors open while using the heat or air conditioning (There is NO Central AC at the unit) Adjust thermostats no more than 2–3 degrees at a time. Failure to follow this may cause system damage and result in service/repair charges if negligence is determined. 🚽 TOILET USE & PLUMBING Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials. Guests will be charged for plumbing services caused by misuse or clogging. 🧺 DAMAGE TO LINENS / TOWELS Guests will be charged for any damaged or stained items that cannot be restored: \- Duvet Insert: $85 \- Duvet cover: $45 \- Sheet (fitted, flat, etc): $35 \- Pillow: $30 \- Pillowcase (pair): $20 \- Bath Towel: $20 \- Hand Towel/Face Towel: $15 \- Washcloth/Hand Towel: $10 \- Bath floor-mat: $10 Common issues include: makeup stains, tanning products, pet hair, blood, or bleach damage. 🧼 CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING The home will be professionally cleaned before arrival. If anything is not up to standard, please contact us within the first 24 hours of arrival If we are not notified within the first 24 hours, we will assume the home was received in acceptable condition. Additional cleaning during your stay may be available for an added fee, or mid-stay cleans based on availability with 48-hour advance notice. Excessive mess left at check-out may result in additional cleaning charges. ♨️ HOT TUB / SPA USE (if applicable) No food, glass, or oils/lotions allowed in hot tubs. Children under 12 must be supervised. Misuse that requires draining, cleaning, filter replacement, or repair will result in a $450 fee (with documentation). Use of hot tubs is at your own risk. Guests waive host liability by choosing to use these amenities. 🔐 SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY Exterior security cameras may be present at entrances, driveways, or garages. Cameras are for guest safety, occupancy enforcement, and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home. 🔑 LOST KEYCARD & REMOTE Please note that a $100 replacement fee will be charged for each lost or unreturned keycard and garage remote. This fee covers the cost of reprogramming and replacement to maintain the safety and security of our property. 🗑️ TRASH & DISPOSAL All trash must be bagged and placed in designated outdoor bins. Bags left outside or on the ground (not in bins) may result in a $85 disposal fee. If bins are full, please notify us during your stay. 📦 MAIL / DELIVERIES Mailbox access is not available. We do not hold mailbox keys, and we cannot retrieve or forward mail. ⚖️ LIABILITY & DAMAGE REPORTING POLICY Guests may be charged for any damage, violation, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear. Guests are required to report any existing damage or concerns within the first 24 hours of arrival. Failure to do so will imply that the property was received in satisfactory condition, and any unreported issues may be assumed to have occurred during the stay. Guests must report all accidental damage prior to check-out. Unreported damage found after departure may be billed to the primary reservation holder. Management reserves the right to enter the property during emergencies or to resolve urgent issues. Snow and ice may accumulate quickly. APRÈS provides snow removal as needed, but guests assume all risk related to slips and falls due to changing weather conditions. Snow removal will happen once per day, the host is not responsible for excessive snow inconvenience. 🧳 LOST & FOUND APRÈS Vacation Homes is not responsible for personal items left behind. Séjour de 4 nuits en décembre 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Jasmeet S. 26 déc. 2024 #### Expected more for the handsome rates that we paid for this rental The property seems like an ideal spot for a ski vacation in park city but poor maintenance and upkeep begins to show once you start using the amenities in the house.The cookware in the kitchen had to be washed again before first time use as it had spots, appliances were dated and came with issues like mixer leaking, blender making awry sounds, dryer requiring more than one cycle to fully dry clothes, electric toilet seat non functional, upper bathroom shower knob challenging to get right water temperature etc.And if the idea is to call the facility management company for each of these issues, then it doesn’t do justice to the vacation and money spent on the rental booking.The location is perfect, hopefully other similar rentals in the area may be better kept/ maintained. ##### Jasmeet S. Each level provided space, privacy and a comfortable home-type feeling. The kitchen was well stocked and the patio with fireplace was amazing after a day of skiing. The retractable sliding glass doors made the place feel like there was an extended living area and experiencing outdoor life with the convenience of inside amenities. Great communication from the property management before check-in and was very accommodating if we needed early/late departure flexibility. Would definitely recommend the condo and stay again! Our only regret was not taking advantage of the jacuzzi and sauna!! ##### Tori A. The property was well appointed. There were some holes in the walls that looked like possible hvac modifications happening. That was the only issue as they concerned my 11 year old. We had an amazing time during our first ever vacation to Park City. This house looks just like the pictures and was absolutely perfect for our family of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The rooms were all very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need including pots, pan, seasonings, etc., and the hot tub downstairs on the porch was a wonderful way to end the day after skiing. The bus stop is across the street from the house and you can be to Main Street/Park City Resort/Deer Valley within 10 minutes. We had great communication with the rental team and had no issues during our stay. We'd absolutely stay here again! ##### Savannah S. By the time we got our luggage and rental car and drove to the property it was 12:20\. The garage door code did not work. We had to call an emergency number who then had to call a maintenance manager to open the front door with a key. We got in the home about 1:30\. Very unhappy with that screw up.
