Recently refreshed in 2025 with new flooring, fresh paint, updated bathroom, all in a clean, simple mountain style, the apartment is bright and airy. Susie’s property was everything I needed for a 6 week stay in Park City. It was an easy 30 minute walk in to town but also had plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The apartment was super well stocked in terms of kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom supplies. The pool is great for summer and watching sunset from the terrace was lovely. And yay air conditioning! Super value for the price, a quality of the unit and proximity to Park City resorts. The express bus stop to The mountain is literally across the street; took us just 10 minutes to get there. When we didn’t want to go to Main Street we walked to two of our favorite new restaurants, Sammy’s bistro or the Boneyard & Wine Dive. Jacuzzi on the first floor was wonderful and we also got to have happy hour drinks on the Sheraton patio and enjoy live music which is on the back of the property. Again, great value for the price.
