Perfect For Sundance And Skiing! \*\*NEWLY RENOVATED July 2021\*\* You found it. You will love this two story, two bedroom condominium located on Park Avenue. This unit is equipped with a fireplace, and a new “65” inch Flat screen TV and DVD/Bluray in the living room. There is also cable TV upstairs in the bedroom. Sleeps 5, a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twin upstairs, and the couch can be used as a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, etc. -just like home. Walk across the street and down the stairs and you're 'smack' in the middle of Main Street. Rub elbows with the celebrities during the Sundance Film festival or take the two minute shuttle to the Park City Ski lift on Main Street. If you don't ski, then enjoy the view of the mountains and old town from the small deck or enjoy the view from the hot tub. In the summer bike, jog, walk, nature hikes, boating, golf - all within a short distance. It was my son and myself and our bulldog. The condo was the perfect “cozy” size, recently updated and one block away from Main Street.
