We provided maid service every day, it just wasn't the type of service you expected, such as making of the beds, turn down service, and perhaps that mint on the pillow that was missing. I personally cleaned your room one of the days, just to make sure you were indeed getting service and it was obvious you had. Your expectations were simply inflated. Your absolutely right, your not welcome back. I guess after 58 years, we don't have to put up with people like you, it's just not worth it, I would rather have an empty room and I think we've earned the right to expect better of our guests. There's no doubt we have some of the best guests on the planet stay with us, incredible people with great attitudes that are happy to have found a place to stay in Park City that won't break the bank. People who are not toxic, and sadly that is what you are Mark, an unhappy toxic individual and it's unfortunate your going through life that way.

Alexander. Posting anonymously comes across as though you don't want to own what you say, and seems rather trolly, or cowardly. We know who you are. In terms of parking, the lot was full, if you parked out front you took someone else's reserved spot. We did indeed send 2 notices about parking, if you didn't get the notices it's because you ignored them or Expedia failed to email you. You showed up expecting parking over a very busy weekend in which we were full, you provided no notice despite all the content and emails sent to you in that regard. Simply reserve ahead of time and notify us, it's just that simple. I'm sorry if you feel I lectured you, but your lack of due diligence and excuses comes across as lazy or dishonest. Sorry about the bed and shower, I'll look into both. It's a good idea you don't return, were not for everyone, and clearly were not the right place for you.
