The location alone will take your breath away. This thoughtfully designed and just-built home has all the high-end finishes you'll appreciate in a once-in-a-lifetime find. It offers a spacious great room perfect for entertaining or nestling at home. The living space includes a contemporary gas fireplace, a large dining area and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops. The living space also opens to a large, fenced and tree-lined back yard with heated patios unique for Old Town. The master bedroom boasts some of the best views of the home with a private deck and a master bath with marble counter tops, heated floors and a soaker tub. There are also three other bedrooms in the home and a large office space that can convert to a private bedroom — all with 5 beautifully designed private bathrooms. The home has a heated driveway, air conditioning and radiant heat in all bathrooms, the first level and the garage (garage not available to renters). It also has an elevator, one 220V and one 110V for e-car charging and more. Great private location but within a 10 minute walk to downtown (Egyptian Theater) via 2 staircases.
