The kitchen has super nice appliances & is equipped pretty well in case you need to do some cooking during your stay. We loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable. I had to reach out to property management on multiple occasions asking for access to the pool, there should be something very streamlined with a unit like this in the summer time. I also asked how I can gain access to the locked up patio chairs that was on the deck area, nobody ever got back to me, we had no outdoor seating on the patio near the hot tub including the two other balconies with gorgeous views, however had no seating or patio sets on them. Definitely a missed opportunity up in the mountains with spectacular views on Labor Day weekend. The unit was also missing potholders and dish towels in the kitchen, but was otherwise well stocked. Great location, beautiful unit, just wish that access to the management and some of these essentials were provided initially. ##### staci b. This property was perfect in so many ways! My husband I stayed with our two sons (high school and college age) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The home was perfectly clean (which is always my number one priority) and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. The bathrooms were high-end, clean, had lots of towels, and included hairdryers and shampoo/conditioner. The TVs were equipped with Xfinity cable, which allowed us to sign into our accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc. and watch whatever we desired. My husband loved the extra wide and extra deep garage for parking our SUV. We didn't use the pool or other amenities, but they looked amazing! The location is great by being situated between the Utah Olympic Park and Park City; we felt we were close to everything we intended to do. The broader area was so nice and we enjoyed riding the lift up to the Canyons Village one evening. First, the unit itself is great. 5 minute walk to town lift, well appointed, very nice in all respects. Great rooms, great furnishings. There was no "welcome binder" as I've come to expect with all VRBO properties. We received an email with some codes and that was about it. This property is also managed by Vacasa. So, after booking on VRBO, we had to download another app for them. This was a bit of a hassle. It also meant that messages sent through VRBO were (seemingly) not received and certainly were not responded to. The kitchen could use some help. Knives were painfully dull. The oven door was broken and would not close properly. As a result, most functions didn't work (traditional bake did). Having a garage was great. We did not use the front door at all (our email from Vacasa wasn't terribly clear on that and so we just used the garage door). It was great to have a hot tub at our unit rather than a community one. As per a prior review, the temperature was OK when we first got in. The temp controls seemed to be capped and once you got in, it did cool pretty quickly. After 15 minutes, we'd get out because it had cooled off too much. Overall, we loved this property and it deserves 5 stars. May 26, 2020 #### Better than we expected in some ways, not as great in other ways The area is beautiful and the home is pretty new. The home was clean, and it had the bare necessities. It wasn't very "homey," if that makes any sense. It was like a model home. It was beautifully decorated and there were plenty of towels, but it lacked a little warmth. I could not get the front door to lock. To be fair, this could've been due to my own incompetence. There were no keys when we got there either, which I would not have minded if I could've figured out how to lock the front door. Lisa came and fixed it in the end, but I do believe it was jammed and wouldn't have locked for me without a key. I wasn't going to break it to find out though. We were able to get in through the garage, and that is probably what we would've done the rest of the time anyway. It was just uncomfortable sleeping there at night and leaving during the day when we weren't able to lock the door. We were really looking forward to the hot tub. It took forever to warm up and would cool down really quickly. We didn't use the community pool or hot tub because they were closed. Also, I don't know if this is mentioned anywhere- the main living space is on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. We were already familiar with Blackstone townhomes, so we knew what we were doing. Or so we thought. The beautiful high ceilings come at a cost. Those are long flights of stairs. The top bunk mattress is a bit thick so the rail on that upper bunk would do nothing to stop a child from rolling off. All of the cookware I needed was available in the kitchen. The stove and oven were great. It took me a minute to figure out the dishwasher. Overall it was a great stay. It was really close to great biking and hiking. ##### Dani J. Also pretty easy walk to Waldorf hotel. Also a 7-11 within walking distance. Otherwise take ubers where are super easy and cheap into town. 10 min ride. Development is new and still under construction, so not too aesthetically appealing at the moment. Unit is new and very nice though a bit small for a 3 bedroom and the third full bath is on main level whereas the 3 bedrooms are on top level. ##### James B. The property was OK, not as big as we thought. The pictures were deceiving not enough room for the entire family to sit in the living room together and play games only enough room for about six comfortably. There was no cross or area to play outside. There was construction right outside our window big tractors loud all day long started at 7 AM and didn’t stop until most dark definitely very disappointed. We asked to be moved at least to a different location a little farther from the construction and we were denied. I assume there was at least a unit or to open that would’ve been at least a building away from the construction which was literally 10 feet from our window! Definitely would never stay there again! It was not worth the high price! Bedrooms were super small not enough room for a pack and play very tight! Lots of stairs for someone with a bad back! ##### Mindi P.
