Talk about a great deal, right in OLD TOWN!! This beautiful Condo is fully equipped for either your Summer or Winter getaway, right in the heart of Park City. The ski lift is two blocks away from the Condo!! Deer Valley Mountain Resort is also just a few minutes away, by car or bus. There are 2 assigned garage (low clearance) parking spaces for your convenience as well as locked ski racks to store your skis or boards. There are 3 sleeping areas. The Primary bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a bunkbed with its own bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom on the main floor. We even have an additional queen electric inflatable mattress that could be set up in any room. The shuttle also picks up right in front of the building. The kids will love the brand newly installed playground equipment, skate park, basketball, volleyball, football field, jogging trail, special events, all located at The City Park, right outside your front door. Want some night time fun? The only problem you'll have is choosing from the huge array of live music venues or wonderful restaurants, right on Main Street (which is only a 10 minute walk or two minute bus ride away. There is also fantastic shopping in Park City or right outside Old Town. Supplies, such as groceries, health food and liquor are conveniently located around the corner. With nearly 2000 square feet of living area, this condo feels more like a home, than a vacation rental. Three levels provides a more spacious surrounding and allows for multiple family accommodations with Free WiFi. There are two dining areas and high quality furnishings. We rely on repeat visits, so we make every effort to make sure that your lodging experience is perfect! This terrific location can be yours with the best deal available in Park City. Both are a healthy walk or very quick shuttle ride away, and there is a shuttle stop directly in front of the house. The house was super clean and every room has its own full bath, which is very helpful, and the unit has plenty of space inside, with a very helpful foyer and garage for all your ski gear. There’s a large hot tub right outside the door shared with the other units in the building and we only had to wait for it once. The unit was impeccably clean and stocked well for our stay. The only minor criticism is that the decor is not super up-to-date style-wise, but the furniture and beds are comfortable. If you're there to ski and enjoy the area for a reasonable place, this is a great spot. ##### Brendan Q. Mike the owner was wonderful The price was up there a bit but worth the $$$. We had planned on 6-7 people and went down to 5\. I almost cancelled for a less expensive location. This was very nice. The 3 full baths have heated floors. All the appliances were new. The (very large)hot tub is just step from the kitchen slider. The bus to the mountain(or anyplace else) is right out front. (both directions) If I have to state a negative, an extra frying pan would be nice. But the large electric skillet filled in nicely. Nice TV, Gas Fireplace, All Linens, Soaps and shampoos. The location is perfection! The condo is easy to get to, in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and is right next to a park that has many activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and we had plenty of household supplies for the month we were there. The rooms were great as well. We had plenty of storage for our belongings. We loved that each room had its own private bathroom. And the beds… were so comfortable! Everyone slept well. Micheal was easy to work with and communicated quickly when we had a question. The other neighbors in the small complex were kind and inviting. They checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable. This was truly one of the best vacation home stays we have ever had. This condo has enough beds for the 9 of us ranging in age from 6 to adults. The living room is spacious enough for group meals and games. Takes less than 10 minutes on the shuttle to Park City Mountain Resort. You can even walk there but takes a bit of effort in ski boots.
