Pros are: comfortable townhouse, hot tub on porch (only two people though), location looking over nature preserve but also close to shops, restaurants, and Park City/Canyons skiing, garage, property manager was responsive and helpful. Cons were: the cleaning people did not do a thorough job before the rental as there was some trash left in the kitchen and a half empty seltzer can and some other trash left in the garage.
