APRÈS Vacation Homes complies with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). If a guest will be traveling with a service animal, they are required to notify us prior to check-in. Non-Service Animal Pets are $150 per stays of less than 15 days. If a guest will be traveling with a pet of any kind, excluding Support Animals, they are required to notify us of Breed & Age prior to check-in. House Rukes: 🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour. 👤 RESERVATION HOLDER The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. Lots of communication from Host. One general negative: There was a presence of bugs in the flat. Some small worm-looking bugs coming out of the sink drains. Also, after coming home, I realized that I has some form of bug bites all over my arms. I assume this was spiders, or ants, or some other crawling bug. Overall, the place and location were great for all of us. A few things that werent perfect:The property management were painting all week and the painters never cleaned up after themselves so there was tape, garbage, dirt everywhere on the premises.The amenities were very nice however, the sink faucet definitely needs replaced.That said, i would definitely go back and recommend this place for a summer or winter stay.
