Experience mountain living in this 3BR/4BA Red Pine townhome, just minutes from The Canyons Village lifts. Enjoy community pools, hot tubs, and sports courts, plus three cozy levels of living space with fireplaces and a well-equipped kitchen. Sleeping up to 8, it's perfect for groups looking to walk to skiing, explore Main Street, or simply relax in a peaceful Park City setting.  
  
Property Highlights:  
\+ This 2127 square foot 3-floor townhouse that was renovated and fully redecorated in summer 2025\.   
\+ The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with three-stool kitchen bar; a dining table that seats 8; a comfortable living room with a large sectional sofa, gas fireplace and a 55 inch; flat-screen TV; a quiet study/workspace area; and a full bathroom. A glass door leads outside to a small patio with lovely mountain and pine views.  
\+ Upstairs is the large main bedroom with a king-size bed, 50 inch; flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, cathedral ceiling, full ensuite bath with a combination shower and bathtub, and ample closet and storage space.  
\+ Downstairs are two further spacious bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two queen beds, each with its own flat-screen TV, full ensuite bath with a combination shower and bathtub, and ample closet and storage space; a changing and storage area; and a laundry closet with washer and dryer.  
\+ Outside in the carport area there is a lockable ski storage closet and parking spaces for two vehicles, one of which is covered.
