Just minutes from Park City's Historic Main Street, you won't miss a minute of the action. With five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, this abode welcomes up to eighteen people. This beautiful rustic chalet has four stories of stunning vaulted ceilings and an abundance of soaring windows, bringing natural light and warmth to every level. After a day on the slopes, kick off your ski boots, sink into one of the overstuffed sofas or chairs and warm your toes by the beautiful, copper enhanced, fireplace. The chef of your group will love this well appointed kitchen, with its spacious granite countertops, for the nights you decide to stay in. But if you're up for exploring the impressive variety of Deer Valley's or Park City's culinary delights, dozens of exceptional restaurants are only minutes away. A combination of king and queen-sized beds, as well as bunk beds and extra sleeper sofas, make this home ideal for larger families with children or a great group of friends. All the bedrooms have comfortable, cozy beds with crisp, modern bedding and en-suit bathrooms. Well-organized for a group of skiers, this house is equipped with wall mounted ski racks, a boot dryer, and boot warming rack. Plenty of hooks and cubbies ensure everyone has a place for their gear. Free transportation is available throughout the day, making it easy to shuttle to and from Snowpark in Deer Valley Resort. Just a short walk away on Deer Valley Drive you can catch the free bus to Park City Mountain Resort or The Canyons, for the snowboarders and skiers in your group. \*This home has Mini Split Air Conditioners in some of its rooms, meaning NO Central A/C. It can get extremely warm during the hotter months, June through September. We recommend opening all windows in the evening, just after the sun has gone behind the mountains. Let cool air fill the house, then close windows & blinds just after sunrise. Their cool breezes keep the room pleasant. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our entire family of 8 adults and 5 children. It was great that each couple had their own room and bathroom. The kids really enjoyed the room with the bunkbeds. The location of the property is great, very close proximity to Historic Downtown Park City. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal together and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare a big meal. The living room was a great place for us all to hang out and several of us enjoyed the hot tub. We did have to call about a hot water issue but received very prompt service and it was fixed within an hour of calling. If stairs are an issue for anyone this would not be the place for you. Livingroom, kitchen, bedrooms are all on different levels which is not very clear in the photos. The home was well furnished and the management made our stay delightful. The house was large enough for our family gathering with 5 bedrooms and four baths. Comfy beds and great towels. Location is great, and it is easy to get to Deer Valley on the shuttle. There is a draft in the unit, almost like some of the windows have a leak. We were here for the Triple Crown World Series. We loved the house and it was very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for three families, a total of 13 people. The kitchen was well equipped, and the layout of the home was perfect for us. Our three married children each had their own space that was more than adequate for them and their children. Our single son who usually ends up on a sofa somewhere even had his own space. The layout of the home was perfect for us as well. A group might have been in the large family room, while another group was in the kitchen (Me! Doing crafts with the children!)...while still others were downstairs using the game table or hot tub...and everyone had enough space in between as to not interfere with what was going on with the others. It was fabulous. The bus system in Park City helped us a lot...we were able to come and go from downtown utilizing the bus close to the home property so we didn't have to worry about parking etc. Those who responded to our requests or concerns did so immediately. We had a problem getting two overhead fans to work...and we happened to be there during a hot spell. The electrician DID attempt to fix the fans first, but when that did not work, the management people delivered two additional large space fans (others were already located within individual bedrooms) within minutes of our concern...and that really helped. We had a wonderful time and would use the property again in a heartbeat. We apologize for leaving the grill uncleaned. We looked around but could not find the utensils usually used in helping to clean the grill. My husband didn't feel great about leaving it that way. We apologize. Thank you for having enough towels in both the bathrooms and hot tub area. The beds were comfortable...all of the rooms super spacious and well equipped. Thank you again! ##### Marie H. Would not be a good fit for someone who can’t climb stairs as there is like 5 flights of them. Also for us with a 1.5 year old it was difficult because there wasn’t a baby gate to block kids from the stairs going up or down. We had to turn the water off at nights because the pipes make a loud noise al night which kept us up all night the first night. Each room was like a master sweet (my wife and I had first pick and we had a difficult time making the choice). The kitchen and family room were ideal gathering places. We only spent evenings and mornings there, as we spent the majority of our time enjoying the great outdoor activities around Utah. We skied Park City and Canyons the entire time. However, a Deer Valley Guest shuttle passes by the property everyday. Property was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. I highly recommend it.
