Master Carpet badly stained. Difficult to prevent water in Master shower from running onto floor because of how the shower head is situated facing the door. TV gave us problems - turning off randomly and connecting to internet at times. Did not have TV for two days. It is a nice unit, but I would not list it as a luxury unit due to the issues. Management is not likely to address any issues outside of regular hours. Also elevator was broken for two days of our stay and key code access to the exterior door used when elevator is not working was not supplied. When you arrive, you'll be pleasantly surprised that it's much bigger than the pictures make it seem. Everything is brand new and sparkly clean. Feels very much like a 5-star hotel. The kitchen is fully stocked w/everything you could EVER need. You are literally right outside of Main Street so you can walk to everything-- which is fantastic. The fireplace is amazing and the big screen TV is perfect size for movies and football. The bathrooms are huge with great lighting (ladies!!)
