Our kids could hear conversations and smell food being made in the unit next to us given their proximity to the door (one can see light underneath the door). Overall, we were very comfortable and had a great time. Walls / floors / ceilings are a bit thin at Black Bear so keep that in mind if you are noise adverse. Abode Property Mgmt went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well situated. Another very easy and enjoyable visit. Mid-way up in the mountains, it was less than 10 min drive from the city center and about 10 degrees cooler. Close to biking and hiking trails and ski lifts up the mountains. Walking distance to several restaurants. The pool was great. The place was spotless and just like the photos.
