Summary: Scan the picturesque views of Park City Mountain, Downtown Park City, and the surrounding area from the deck of this high-end 4-bedroom home. Luxury touches include a steam shower, and private hot tub. Round off the day by reading a book by the indoor gas fireplace. The home makes it easy to make the most of your time in the fabulous Park City, with its world-class resorts and seasonal festivals. The Space: Relax in luxury in this beautiful home which includes 4 bedrooms, three living spaces, and picturesque views. The home boasts a stylish and bright layout, great for up to 12 to spread out and relax in. Step inside and be greeted by the well-decorated sitting room where you can warm up by the gas fireplace. Just off the sitting room is the fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and a large kitchen island with four bar stools. Connected to the kitchen is the dining area, a bright nook space with windows all around, you will feel right at home enjoying your meals here! Head up the stairs and arrive at a cozy living room where you will find a comfortable L-shaped sofa situated around a mounted flat-screen TV. From this space, you will find three spacious bedrooms which include a beautiful master suite complete with a king-size bed, a sitting area and a desk, and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is a luxurious space with a steam shower, a claw foot bathtub, and a spacious single-sink vanity. The second upstairs bedroom provides plenty of space to spread out, great for the kids in the group to all share! In this room you will find a queen-size bed and then a loft space with two double beds and an additional floor mattress, the perfect room for vacation slumber parties! However, please note: While it’s a fantastic space for little ones, it might not be ideal for adults seeking comfortable bedroom arrangements. If adults are considering using the loft beds, they may find them less suitable. The third bedroom is great for families to share with little ones, with both a queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed, so everyone can get a good night's rest. A laundry room is comfortably located next to the three bedrooms, so you can keep up with any laundry needs with ease. The entire upper floor features plush carpeting for added comfort. On the basement floor of the home is a second living room that can be used as a fourth bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as one of the sofas turning into a sofa bed. We couldn’t have actually planned it better. We were in town from Thursday-Sunday for a family wedding on Saturday. We grilled and invited family for dinner Friday night and could walk back and forth from the venue Saturday. The bride even got ready at the house because it is so clean and perfect. We didn't want to leave our fun loving Lab (Thor) at home, so looked for a house with the ability to have a pet along. Came across this house that looked like it had a fenced back yard - sent a message to inquire and received a quick response of YES. The 4 bedroom was a bit large for the 3 of us, but we booked it. Received great instructions on how to enter, WIFI, etc... Upon entering we found a wonderful, clean, home and enjoyed every minute. Highlights were the lovely kitchen (including dog dishes), deck with fun lights, there is a hot tub which we did not have time to use. Master bedroom was very comfy and adjoining bathroom had a wonderful soaking tub and steam shower. We are talking about when we can return with friends! Thank you! ##### Toni S.
