It's right by a bus stop so you can get to the Park City Mountain in just two stops. You can even walk to the resort from here in about 10-15 minutes (although it's uphill). The supermarket is within walking distance. Several buses will take you into old town. As for the condo, it was very clean. No problems with the internet service. The cable didn't seem to be in HD although we might have just had it tuned to the SD channels. I would have liked the beds and pillows to be a bit more comfortable. I think there was a plastic mattress protector under the sheets which didn't breath very well. The owner was very helpful before and during the trip. You just walk out the door to grab the bus for town, and can grab a bus to the ski resort or it's even walkable, especially if you leave your skis at Park City. Also can grab a bus right outside the condo to ski Deer Valley. There is a major grocery store/liquor store a couple blocks away so can even grab a bus to pick up some groceries. Reminder, you can't get liquor or wine in the grocery stores in Utah-only state run liquor stores! The condo was very charming, clean, and a great layout. Furniture was very comfortable as well as the beds. There were 6 of us who stayed and we were all comfortable. We cooked in a few nights and went out a few nights and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials like olive oil, spices, sugar, etc as well as had enough cookware to make a big meal. The property manager was very helpful and attentive, answering questions whenever something popped up we were unsure of.
