All the best of Park City is at your doorstep. Start your day with breakfast at Atticus Coffee or Harvest Cafe, then jump on Town Lift (a 2 min walk from the condo) and spend your day on the slopes. Come back and relax, then get ready for dinner and a night out on Main, all right outside your door! The Space: Location can't be beat! The unit features: \- Master bedroom with King bed, ensuite half bath \- 2nd bedroom has 2 Twins, which can also be converted to a King \- Pullout Queen sofa with memory foam mattress \- Curl up and read a book or watch TV by the wood burning fireplace \- Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 3 \- 4-5 person dining room table \- High speed wifi, 50" 4K TV with built-in Roku \- Washer/dryer located in building, on same floor \- Essentials to make you feel at home – washer/dryer in building, iron, hair dryer, and more The Neighborhood: One of the best locations in Park City, you’re right in the middle of Main Street. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops,. boutique stores, ski and snowboard retailers, and local artisan shops - all right at your doorstep. The condo is also 2 minute walk to Town Lift at Park City Mountain. Town Lift runs in winter for skiing, and summer for scenic hiking! Getting Around: No need for a car if you don't want one - you're right downtown. If you need to go anywhere, there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts, or the Old Town Transit Center is a block away to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. If you do have a car, we can provide a free parking pass for a garage 2 mins walk from the condo. Other Things to Note: Please note - the building has a central HVAC system that can only be on heat, or on cool, at any given time.The building is on heat from the beginning of November through the end of May, and on cool (AC) from June through October. Those dates can vary a little bit depending on temperatures, but there may be periods where you'll either need to open windows (generally April/May), or use the provided space heaters (October). Elevation Lodges does not have the ability to change the timing of the settings, as it is a building management decision. It’s great for a family of 4, just the right size. The only downside is it is a bit loud at night, so if you can’t sleep with a little noise than this isn’t the property for you. Our expectations were fully met. The kitchen is clean and well stocked, ready for whatever cooking we needed to do. The baths are simple but amply stocked with fresh new towels. The beds were comfortable after long days of skiing! Open the blinds to take full advantage of the large windows and the sun pouring in. The convenience to shops, restaurants, Town Lift and bus stop can't be beat. Sound machines were great to help block the noise from the busy street below. Thank you for accommodating our late checkout! Overall, a great trip for us right before Coronavirus hit the US. Uber & Lyft is readily available too, if you need a ride somewhere. Aloha ski rental is located in the same building as the condo, so ski rental from them is convenient.
