Room condition is completely different from the pictures shown in the Expedia. So disappointed and the staff at the front desk was extremely rude.

Our room had a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower, which we loved! It was clean, the staff were wonderful to us, and we felt very safe there. The complimentary breakfast room service was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at the West End, the hotel is very cute and the executive room we had was very spacious for France. We took advantage of the mini bar and breakfast delivery on several occasions. The desk staff was also very helpful with recommendations and logistics with getting around Paris. It was also great to have a free breakfast option. Location was extremely central and walkable, near Champs and Eiffel. Only downside was it was harder to find bakeries and cafes in this area and didn’t feel as Parisian.

Been a fashion addict, the hotel location is amazing!! Couldn't find better. Just few step from Avenue Montaigne. A lot of restaurants around. The staff is very friendly! The room are spacious with Nespresso coffee machine. Love the very Parisian style of this hotel! The best value for my money!

By far the best hotel I have stayed at. The staff is spectacular, accommodating, receptive, fast with international communication, and so forth. Breakfast was amazing, ideal location, and view was amazing. You are close to everything including the subway system and multiple popular restaurants within 20min walk. They treat every visitor as a VIP. Staff was amazing with their suggestions, and a quick 4 day itinerary. The private transfer service was so trust worthy and provided ease. 10/10 would recommend staying here for a more affordable option compared to the Ritz competitor. Thank you again!!

My absolute favourite hotel in Paris. Staff is the best, always going out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. Great area within easy walking distance of everything in Paris. Fantastic breakfast included and a lovely room off the lobby with an honour bar. Highly recommend this property.

There’s loud noise due to construction. The room I was given was nothing like the picture shown in this website. The toilet was in a different area than the sink so washing hands after using the toilet was not convenient especially at night.

Not what I expected.
It was nearly impossible to charge our phones. Pre-paying for breakfast was an absolute horrible mistake. There was absolutely no space in the room to set your things down. The front counter people were all wonderful.

Great choice ! We really enjoyed our Stay at West End. Very near Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Senna River, Restaurants and shopping stores. Rooms are very comfortable and the service and Attention is Premium! Will be Back for sure !

We LOVED hotel west end! It was perfect for our trip to Paris. Great location, very close to wonderful shopping and good restaurants. Around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. We loved our room and the staff was very kind! Our only complaint was the building across the street was under construction so we woke up every morning to noise that started early. But other than that, it was great!!

A wonderful property in one of the most sought after locations. The images do not do it justice. It is surrounded by the best restaurants, shopping and sights. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Great amenities and view from the room. I hope to return for business trip at the end of next month.

Gem near the Eiffel!
Fantastic location close to the Eiffel. Quiet block but very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. including Champs-Elysees a free streets away. We had a room with a partial Eiffel Tower view! Metro very accessible. Breakfast selection decent but service is very attentive. Front desk and housekeeping staff are amazing. Would stay again.
