This delightful home sleeps six guests and boasts a vast terrace with views of the Eiffel Tower. Situated in the 16th arrondissement, the home is close to several of Paris’ major attractions, including the Bois du Boulogne, Louis Vuitton Foundation and Musée Marmottan Monet...  
  
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN  
The living room is spacious and features a sofa, set of armchairs and a desk overlooking the balcony windows. Decorated with statement furniture, classic artwork and freestanding lamps, the room has a bright and spacious feel. The adjoining kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee machine. The dining table can accommodate up to four guests with an extension that can sit an additional four diners.  
  
SUMMER KITCHEN  
Situated on the first floor, the summer kitchen offer an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and kettle. This kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals and enjoying the terrace.  
  
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM  
The principal bedroom is located next to the living room and features a double bed, a desk and shelves, as well as paintings on the walls. Shared with the second bedroom, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and sink.  
  
SECOND BEDROOM  
This room has a bunk bed for children, a closet and shelves. Perfect for families travelling with a child, it offers a small table, chairs and a collection of toys.  
  
MASTER SUITE  
This spacious room has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a TV and a closet. The adjoining en-suite bathroom comprises a walk-in shower and bathtub.  
  
WCs  
WCs can be found in the hallway and on the first floor towards the summer kitchen.  
  
UTILITY ROOM  
The washing machine can be found in the utility cupboard in the hallway.  
  
TERRACE  
The large, first-floor terrace offers a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower and Paris beyond. Presenting tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals and apéritifs, there is also a rare jacuzzi perfectly placed to enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower.
