Very nice achievement for this 30m2 on the second floor on the street opposite the Cirque d’Hiver:

The apartment is broken down as follows:
  
• A bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer. WC
  
• An open kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, hotplates, a dishwasher, washer-dryer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, various storage spaces, the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils.
  
• A living room with a sofa bed, a TV cabinet, a TV, internet access, lamps and tasteful decoration. Window on street
  
• Dining area with round table and chairs,
  
• A bedroom with a 160X200cm bed, two bedside tables, a dressing room. Window onto the street.
  
The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board Electric heating.
  
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
