For a tourist or business stay this charming apartment will meet your expectations. New: since the beginning of 2023 we have an elevator in the building which is very rare in the old buildings of the center of Paris. Very fast access to all the Parisian subway lines (RER A, B, D Metro 1,3,4,8,9,11,14) to allow you to fully enjoy all the Parisian districts according to your desires. The apartment The apartment has just been renovated and has all the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay. It is 30 m2 and is composed of a bedroom and a living room. The bathroom is composed of an Italian shower and toilets. The kitchen is equipped with a combined oven and microwave, a hotplate and Nespresso coffee machine. We also provide an iron and a mini washing machine (3kg). The apartment is very well equipped, secure, and located on the fourth floor with an elevator, which is very convenient. There are plenty of great shops nearby, making the stay even more enjoyable. Ideally located in the heart of the Montorgueil district, we were able to do everything on foot. The street is full of restaurants and very lively, but the apartment, located in an inner courtyard, is extremely quiet. It is very well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. Charles was very available, which made our stay particularly enjoyable. The presence of an elevator, rare in historic buildings, was also a real bonus.
