Summary:  
  
Magnificent studio apartment, fully air-conditioned and refurbished like a hotel room, ideally located in the heart of the 15th area, a lively residential area halfway between Montparnasse, Saint Germain dès Près and the Quais de Seine.  
  
Warm, bright, tastefully decorated by professionals and fully equipped, my accommodation is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway for two.  
  
The Space:  
  
Air-conditioned & 22m2 studio on the 1st floor without lift:  
  
\- 1 room with a double bed   
  
\- Television and Wi Fi  
  
\- 1 dining table for 2  
  
\- 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine with tumble dryer option, dishwasher, microwave, hob)  
  
\- 1 open-plan shower room with 1 toilet.  
  
Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests.  
  
Cleaning is carried out by professional staff
