Terrible property, especially for tourist. We received one message from the hotel saying how to get into the room and have not heard from them since despite contacting them in regards to our lack of WiFi, clean towels, and air conditioning. We did not see a single employee or other guest all 5 nights which was concerning as well. Property has absolute bare minimum of a uncomfortable bed, toilet and shower.

Horrible Check In Process
Checking in was a nightmare. There was no one at the front desk and apparently you have to text someone through WhatsApp to get the code to your room, after you send them a picture of your credit card and passport. Since my number didn’t have the country code, no one texted me and I had to sit and wait in the lobby for over an hour. Thankfully someone else was checking in (also having trouble) and they gave me the phone number to text. Other than the check in process, the room was nice with a good view of the Eiffel Tower. The wifi didn’t work at all and I had no one in the lobby to ask for help.

GREAT hotel
Such an incredible stay! The view was great, staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again if we return to Paris!

Great staff, room, and location
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good and at a reasonable price. We liked the place so much that we will try to book there whenever we plan to stay in Paris.

One of the worst hotels in paris We had booked our stay for 4 nights we were travelling with our 2 year old kid and had a horrible experience 3 nights the air condition in our room was not working and after repeated complaints the hotel staff did not help us change our room nor were we given any compensation Very unfriendly staff and the hotel owner is vry rude We had to sleep without air condition and we kept the windows open but it was too noisy as the train station was vry close Even after complaining to the hotel staff everyday that out baby is not able to sleep our room was not changed Very bad experience and would not recommend this hotel

The property location was accessible to everything. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower. But hands down, the best thing was the staff. They were unbelievable in every way. Youd think you were staying at the Ritz. They helped navigate through town and were so personable, helpful and sweet. Even when Expedia misinterpreted negative information to them, they still tried their best to make our stay excellent. Shame on Expedia for doing that dring our stay but thanks to Sublim for your true hospitality

Definitely stay here again
The best value for a clean, hip hotel that values their customers. We had originally booked a horrific hotel in a super sketchy neighborhood. We switched and were extremely grateful we did. We were greeted with friendly staff and a clean room with fake flower pedals on the bed. The rain shower is pretty cool, but it is see-thru to the bedroom so there could be awkward moments with family. I actually ran into the glass door of the bathroom. I could see myself in the bathroom mirror as my face smushed up against the door. Quite funny! The hotel is directly across the street from a metro stop 6 - so convienent to get anywhere in Paris. The windows shut most of the city noise out. We definitely recommend this Hotel!

Nice hotel, beware of the shower
Nice hotel, not alot of rooms in the hotel but it made it quaint. The shower caught me off guard even though I saw the pictures online, I was under the impression that the shower glass would be fuzzy so you could not see in it, but that was not the case. I think this is a perfect hotel for a couple, not for friends. The hotel was located next to the metro, so you can easily get around and you can walk 25 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The front desk were very helpful, especially Ahmed. Gave great suggestions on getting around.

Cute lil Place
This is great location, all the rooms should have a balcony that you can see the Eiffel Tower from. The metro station is right across the street, and bus stations right around the corner. The staff is very friendly, and there’s complimentary breakfast in the morning. They put fake rose pedals on our bed and lil heart shape confetti in our room. It was very cute. The room looks very interesting... red lights everywhere but also has regular lighting. The balcony is cool too. The only downside was that the shower smelled a lil weird because it had metal decorations on the floor so I think maybe the metal made the shower smell a lil funky when not aired out properly... There was also one late night where some drunk ppl were singing on a loud speaker across the street in front of the metro... Otherwise, the stay was pleasant :)

Location was terrific, with a subway stop right across the street and several restaurants within easy walking distance (including the best one I ate at while in Paris). The rooms have an odd layout, with the toilet in a separate part of the room than the rest of the bathroom. I guess that could be good though since if someone was in the shower, that would prevent someone else from using the restroom. The hotel has the tiniest elevator I've ever seen. There was barely enough room for me and my 27" suitcase. However, surpassing those shortcomings was the staff. Everyone I encountered was as friendly and helpful as I could've possibly asked for. The staff is the main reason I'd stay at the Sublim Eiffel again.

Very helpful and attentive staff! The front desk personnel were very kind and professional. They were able to let us check in very early (our flight landed at 6am) and were able to get us a room with a view of the beautiful Eiffel Tower. The rooms were very tidy and cleaned daily. Only drawback was the small elevator (not a huge deal though) Loved the lights and ambiance of our hotel. Great location..very close to the metro as well as restaurants and shops (right around the corner) Will definitely come back and stay at the Sublim!

The hotel was recently renovated and their efforts really paid off. The property is modern and ultra clean. Staff were wonderful. The only downside is the tiny elevator.

The location was right in front of a Metro station and walking distance to 2 other stations for different lines. One street over from the hotel in walking distance, there are convenient stores and food shops. The bed and pillows were comfy. My husband even missed their pillows when we returned home. The view from the Eiffel Tower room was amazing, any time of the day/night. We spent every night on the balcony, drinking wine and ciders. We were immediately welcomed cheerfully by Ahmed who helped check us into our room earlier than we expected. Great after a long 8 hr flight from the States. Everyone was always smiles and just as welcoming. The elevator is small, and when I say small, it barely fit me (5’2”), my husband (6’), a back pack and two standard roller bags. The sign even says max number ppl is 3 with a weight restriction. It is a challenge, but it adds for a great story and character to the place. There isn’t a coffee maker, microwave or large frig in the room, but as I said, stores are just on the next street. Housekeeping came daily, which was refreshingly appreciated after a long day around the city (trash removed, new towels, bed made).

Amazing hotel with excellent customer service
What an amazing stay we had. The hotel is a hidden gem and not your usual chain of known hotels. When we booked it we are not sure on what to get but the we were really happy with our stay for many reasons, the location is perfect with metro next to the hotel connecting, room itself was perfect and clean with Colorful lighting (we actually found it interesting), window leading to a view of the Eiffel and above all the staff is amazing. Ahmed is the person who helped us with the check-in and he goes out of the way to help guests, he also gave us amazing tips which helped us in exploring Paris like a local. Book without thinking twice, Sublim won’t disappoint!

lovely staff, clean and well furnished room, comfy beds and gorgeous view from the balcony. short walk from the eiffel tower and quiet despite the train outside. not great for those with mobility issues as we were on the 6th floor with no lift, but if you're willing to take the stairs its worth it

Weird rules?
Everything was great. Only complaint is I tried bringing guests up to my room and was told that is not aloud. That put my plans at a huge inconvenience.

Do yourself a favor and stay on the last level of the hotel (701) to watch for at least a night or two with a glass of champagne the lights from Eiffel tower. Probably would not recommend this room to families with kids as the walls from bathroom are made of glass, but all those showers would make you feel really good. The elevator is quite scary, if you think about this as a lame tiny tiny roller-coaster you'd be fine!

Best stay in Paris
Really good hotel and very helpful and caring staff. Each and every person working there welcomed and cared to all the needs like a family. Very good location and rooms are in excellent condition and comfortable. Higher floors has nice view of Eiffel which was a bonus. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel. Market nearby and metro across the street was a great help.
