Small 2-room house in a housing estate in Villeneuve Saint Georges  
  
T2 35m², American kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking, cleaning .., cozy living room with television (access to YouTube, Netflix via Apple TV), bedroom with 2 single beds which can be put together to form a double bed, (possibility of adding an extra bed for a 3rd person)  
shower room with large mirror and heated towel rail with WC.  
  
Close to all amenities, bakery and grocery store 20 meters from the  
house, supermarket 5 min walk, bus stop J1 at 30 meters, REC station  
D (Paris in 15 min) 10 min by bus and 6 km from Orly airport. Direct bus stop station 1 min from the house. School, doctor, dentist, pharmacy, hospital nearby.  
You can park in the streets in front of the subdivision for free.
