Staff exceptional, absolute best! Hotel at terminal 2, makes travel a great experience. Train also goes from airport to Paris and beyond, very nice bar, restaurant in hotel, I would like to emphasize staff friendliest I have ever encountered!

The rooms are extremely dated and need to be renovated. The price paid is not worth the property. The only reason we stayed is due to a flight layover. There are water mark stains on the bathroom countertops which makes it look like the room hasn’t been cleaned. Also, this is the only hotel I have ever been to where the shower mat towel is laid on the floor in front of the shower. I actually thought that housecleaning forgot to clean up the bath mat from the previous people but apparently this is how they do it at the hotel. So wierd.

Being literally at the airport in Terminal 2 there was absolutely no airline noise. Great for sleeping and easy to access morning flights

We stayed there twice: the 22nd of March and the 31st of March. BOTH nights the charge on my credit card was way more than my reservation. Both are in dispute with my cc company. We traveled the world constantly- and have NEVER encountered this scenario!

After an overnight flight from New York, my husband was quite ill and was badly in need of a bed. The hotel staff - because we did arrive at noon - insisted there was ‘nothing available in our category until 2pm) and so we had no option but to pay an additional 75 euros for a Club Room. Hard to believe they couldn’t have accommodated us. Additionally, we were overcharged by $240 USD upon check out.

I have stayed here many times and like the convenience of being in the airport terminal itself. But I had two problems during this stay; 1: I arrived at about 8 PM and there was a long line to check in, even for Bonvoy Gold. 2: My room had a strong cigarette smell. If I wasn't so tired, I would have changed rooms.

It is very conveniently located at terminal 2. The rooms are not great and the special club is rather scant, but being at the airport makes those 1 days layovers much less stressful. The breakfast is great if one has time to participate.

Hotel very conveninet, only one actually inside the airport terminal (others are close by and train/walk). Good size room, shower and bath, well insulated, no airplane noise. Room old, needs updating. Shower poor, ran hot then cold - needs thermostat control. No useful power outlets or USB. No bedside clock. No hotel or room service info in room, no wifi note (but did manage to access). Kettle didn't work, took a while to get a replacement.

The staff were great and very accommodating. The property needs a renovation, my room had hairs on the counters and stains on the carpet, I didn’t want to be barefoot. Clearly this is a busy hotel due to its location, but needs to be better cared for.

Within cdg airport. The furniture is light wood modern but clearly qualit but dated. Room was clean, bed comfoetable, black our drapes, clean large bathroom. Great amenities. Wondeful overnight while travelling.

it is the PERFECT hotel for a stress free pre-traveling experience. You just walk out of the hotel and you are right there ready for checking in. And of course the hotel is elegant, quiet and a wonderful staff

Terrible property with horrible service, not convenient at all. Falsely claims to be easily connected to terminals but a long walk to get from any terminal. Avoid this place and overpriced

The staff was professional and restaurants served great food and had professional staff. The state of the rooms however was more than ordinary, especially at the (high) price we pay for the room. The biggest plus is the convenience to Terminal 2E/F at CDG.
