The area was clean and tidy. The transport was excellent didnt have to wait long for buses. Housekeeping was good the communication could of been a little better.

Very few airport hotels nowadays have balconies and kitchenette. I always come back to Zenitude. Big room, big bathroom. Clean and friendly.

Place is getting tired. Lighting is poor, and tub runs only lukewarm water. The lady at the front desk was not cordial, did not even greet us when we walked up to the front desk to check in. Very average hotel, and certainly not a spa hotel.

I liked the location. I didn’t like that the woman at the front desk did not send us a wake-up call for the next morning as promised. I also assumed the shuttle would go to both terminal one and terminal two. It only makes one stop and no one informed us about that either.

We had a quick overnight stay, awaiting a flight out the next morning. Checkin was easy. Parking was provided. Older building but well maintained. Dinner was also convenient and delicious.

Good location close to airport and walkable area for dining and local culture enjoyed the pool, hottub and sauna. Staff was friendly and helpful would stay there again if traveling in area.

Unfortunately I don't have much positive to say about this hotel. I expected it would be a bit rough on the edges for the price, but after the air-conditioning didn't work and we were moved to another room, the shower drain was blocked and so the entire bathroom floor flooded. The following morning were were scammed by the hotel and driver, charged double the taxi rate of the previous night to get back to the airport. If you stay here, don't order a taxi. Get an Uber. Definitely won't be back here.

Found a big spider in our room and there was general uncleanliness and seemingly some disorganization. Fire alarm went off in the morning and no staff came outside to give us an all clear message.

The worst hotel I have stayed ever in my 60 years, and I travel excessively. The room was musty , the air conditioning worked but so weak that I could not sleep all night. The reception’s answer was well, the engineer is not here and you can talk to the manager To get your money back!!!! Not even offering to change my room. The carpets were dirty, the public toilets looked like it has not been clean for weeks. I can not say bad things enough about this hotel.

The property accommodation is really good and clean and spacious too. Except you cannot cook cause there’s no cooking pan and the microwave is not working but it’s cozy room we have and hopefully my hotel deposit will refund it back on my card.

Even though check in is at 1500, the room was not ready until 1600. Also there was a lot of misinformation over the phone about the shuttle. I was given 3 different types of information regarding the location of the shuttle and was not told that I had to reserve it. I only found out from the driver. Also I had made a reservation for 4 people and the sofa bed wasn’t ready. There were no linen or extra pillows. I had to call the front desk. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Dropped off my vehicle near CDG airport and their staff were good enough to drop me to Zenitude about noon. Abruptly told that I would not be admitted till 3pm. Settled to a good lunch in restaurant and then waited. Expected me to hand over my credit card so they could take 250 euros and repay it two days after my departure. Said that I had booked with Wotif and they were the only hotel who handed me a piece of paper for all my personal details to be completed.. Never had to do that in any other place in France. The receptionist said that as I was ‘aged’, she would not insist on the 250 euros as she trusted me ?? but she was none too happy then deliberately said that my room was on the 4th floor but neglected to mention that the lift was in another part of the building.. No staff member except for one of the restaurant staff, male or female, could tell me where to catch the bus or how to get to the nearest shopping centre. Deliberately unwelcoming and obstructive then pretended not to see me if I was wanting some information. I would never stay in such an environment again. Didn’t use the spa and was information restricted for access by the busy with other things staff members…all tainted with poor attitude to customers.
