The workmanship was excellent. The quality of the fixtures were top of the line. It was very clean. The location was excellent in the 4th arrondissement. A grocery store next door and 4 restaurant about 200 feet away. The front door lock was troublesome. We did not know it was a walk up. Interestingly, the number of steps were only 7 more than my age of 83\. Surprisingly, it wasn’t too bad and added to the charm of our stay. I would stay again. ##### David D.
