very fun down rusty microwave, no pans of cooking utensils even though their is cooking facilities, Cracked tiles on floor and just filthy through out completely the opposite of the pictures on display.

Very friendly staff, however room outdated and a little tired. Had to flush toilet manually as the push button mechanism had broken, lightbulb blown and only one plug socket in room that wasn’t half covered by microwave was loose in the wall fitting. Location is good, and if is just a place to sleep and shower it’s fine. If you want more comfort/style, look elsewhere.

Awfull place
Really bad experience. The room in need of renovation. The carpet very dirty. Whoever was cleaning the room was just sweeping the dirt under the bed. There are ants in the room, on the floor, in the bathroom, some climbing on the bed, never saw something like that, and the room was on 5th floor. Awfull smell coming from the bathroom. No smoke detector in the room, no phone, wi-fi very weak, practically nonexistent. All of this for around 125 euro per night. When checking out i had to pay city tax, in cash, they didn't have change so I had to pay exact amount, and they didn't give me the receipt. If I'm paying a tax I should have a receipt. This hotel really should be visited by the authorities. Absolutely not recommended.

great, pet friendly hotel with nice area
nice hotel in a great, relaxed area with lots of cafés, parks and restaurants. Walking distance to Montmartre, Park Monceau, Opera etc. Hotel accepts pets which was why I chose this hotel, and it was a great stay with friendly staff and good WIFI. Good to have a fridge and stove and both a desk for work and a table for eating. Will definitely come back!

Outrageously overpriced and one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. Sink would not drain. Toilet ran for hours. Sink vanity rotting. Shower drain overflowed if left on too long. Paint peeling on walls. No air movement nor fans in room. If I could give minus stars I would. Bright side was front desk staff who were very kind.

The furnitures are basic, the TV is small, the shower room is very narrow but worst of all, the heating was at full blast with no controller to turn it down or off. I did complain but they did not fix it and I had to sleep with the window open. One of the window does not have a curtain and I was awaken at 5:30 by the daylight, not that I slept well because of the heat!

Very pleasant stay, simple, basic but comfortable. The team were very simpatico and reactive; a couple of minor issues, (shower curtain, basin plug), were quickly resolved, also with the offer of a change of room, which was not needed finally. The quarter is perfect, near enough to all attractions, but also very "normal" with good shops and market, chic but not overly expensive, good selection of restaurants close by. Recommended!

Strange Policies
The hotel was strange. We couldn’t take the key to the room with us, we had to leave it at the front desk so that “they would know if we were there or not”. Which I found to be incredibly strange, but they said it was for fire safety. The one morning when I left to quick go buy a coffee I came back and there was a plumber im my room to ‘fix’ a faucet that wasn’t broken. Moreover, the bathroom and living space appeared very clean, but the bathroom smelt very very bad. I think there must have been a sewer exhaust pipe making it smell so bad. However the local area was good and close to a subway stop.

This was quite the steal! Excellent apartments for the value. Staff was amazing and a special shout-out to Shawn who was very kind and informative. They had pots and pans on request which was great since we like to cook in the apartment. I could not have asked for more for the money we payed. Good WiFi and the location was just three minutes from the metro. The cutest streets were on the way and there was a bakery, butcheries, grocery store, clothes, everything right there. Thanks for a great stay!

The room was really small, and the shower was the tiniest I’ve ever seen. It was very difficult to wash without hitting the taps or the walls. Also there is no AC so we had to leave the window open. The street out front is very noisy with motorcycles buzzing up and down . The noise bounces off the building across the street making it very hard to sleep.

Very disappointing
I had a room on the fifth floor which was dirty, the window did not close properly so it was very cold as I got in in the evening. The bed was not a bed but a bed- settee that had been opened up and was uncomfortable and left little space to walk around it. I am a frequent visitor to Paris and this was one of the worst rooms I ever had. I may have bee unlucky with the room I was given having booked through Expedia since there was a little court yard at the back with rooms leading to it that looked much nicer. But my room was truly awful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Near Metro, lots of late dining options, and daytime market nearby. The room and shower were clean and neat, however, the shower was small. You can barely move around. The water heater broke on the last two nights of our stay and we had to shower at another hotel around the corner. They did compensate us with free continental breakfast. Overall, it's a pretty nice hotel on a budget. It would have been a 4 start if the water heater didn't break.

Couldn’t spend the night here
When we checked into our room there was brown stuff dripping down the walls and a super strong Lysol smell. We went into the bathroom and immediately gagged because it smelled like something had died in there. I talked to the receptionist about this because there was no way we could use the bathroom or get ready in morning. We were offered another room but when we walked trough it there was mold all over the ceiling and the main door lock was Brocken and the handle was hanging off. Ultimately had to take a taxi and buy a different hotel room. Every time we call “the manager is unavailable” to talk about a refund. Do not bother looking at this hotel. Our current hostel is a fraction of the price and significantly nicer.

AVOID THIS HOTEL
We paid for a room that we didn't get (bought double deluxe, got a sofa bed). When we asked the reception about this they said they didn't have any other room available. When we asked for a refund of the price difference, since we saw online that they costed different and we booked something we weren't getting, they refused saying that hotels in Paris were expensive, almost 200 euros, and said his boss (to whom this person spoke for less than 10 seconds) refused to give a refund. We also were told to "ask tomorrow" for a change of room but he couldn't be sure if there was going to be any availability, Of course, this man could know that by looking at the bookings, but of course didn't. I also have to say that while the reception man was talking to me, another guests who I assume were of the same nationality as him because of their shared language, started to question him constantly, and this hotel employee answered all their questions even though he was talking to me beforehand, making us wait when he only had to tells when breakfast time was and where the lift was. Also, the guest gave the man in the reception a pack of 10 Marlboro boxes for some favor or the other. We cannot tolerate this behavior when we paid for something and when we weren't provided, they refused to give us the money difference back. All in all, even though the hotel is cheap and in a good location, they don't keep their word about the bookings made so I could never recommend them.

Everything was ok. except for one mistake of an employee who made a reservation for the shuttle to the airport. Instead of 18/12 which was the date I check out she made it for the 19/12 because of that I had to pay 26 Euros more for the taxi. I paid all together 54 euros instead of 26.> I send an email for the manager to take care of it I Did not receive an answer.

If wifi is important to you, look elsewhere. Many apps are blocked, and although sometimes speed is ok, at other times I was kicked off frequently. Besides wifi, the room is good for the price. Nice to have a fridge in the room. There were forks, but no knives. Only cup is a tea cup, but any kitchen items are a bonus. Bed is uncomfortable. Staff is friendly.

I bought this hotel. It was not cheap, but it boasted three stars. Truly, it is not good. It is very old and run down. Internet was not working for us all three days there. But front desk personnel is nice and helpful to do what they can. I do not know what quality are other hotels, but this one is poor. It needs renovation.

Moved to sister hotel
Booked this hotel for myself and family two twin rooms. When arrived at hotel was informed by staff that they had no twin rooms and we had been placed in their sister hotel Pavilion Villiers. The hotel rooms were dirty. The bathroom fixtures were broken and cracked tiles. Lights in the rooms were out. Also Expedia stated we could book in at noon, but was informed on arrival book in was at 14.00 hours. Not happy with this hotel or company.

Good Value, Nice Neighborhood
This is a decent budget hotel. The rooms are small, not fancy, and may be best suited to a solo traveler. The staff were always available and very helpful. The basics worked fine. The furnishings tend to be a bit worn, but clearn and well maintained. Located in an exceptionally pleasant, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Short walk to subway and good variety of quality shops.

Third time was not the charm
This was the third time I stayed at this property. I was disappointed to see they aren't doing the basic maintenance and upkeep of the property. Torn chair backings, water damage in the bathroom, window sills decaying. The carpet is terribly old. Nothing that a handy man couldn't fix but they clearly aren't putting any effort into it. Unfortunately I will be looking for another hotel in the future. the are itself if great so I will still look there.

Nice hotel very close to various attractions
We stayed for 10 nights in this hotel. It's very close to a lot of attractions like, 20 min to the Eiffel Tower, 20 min to the Triumph Arc and about 40 min to the Louvre museum, all by subway. The hotel needs new carpets, they show a lot of stains and use. The breakfast is continental, great for 3-4 days, but not for longer stays. The bathrooms are clean, but very, very small. The staff is very good and helpful with non French speaking guests. Will book again if I can, but not for more than 3 to 4 days.

A really bad experience i need to transfer hotel
I need to look for a deferent hotel an pay out of my on expensed coz this hotel is not refundable. I got some skin rush, the rug is too old and dirty. The shower is to small every time you moved the water turn off. The room smells bad. They lied if you look at their room online they look nice but in person it look horrible. I booked after just one night of stay but the timing is bad coz it is a holiday so i need to deal for two days in that horrible hotel. Very very bad experience. I never stayed in those kind of place.
