Recently renovated, the space features unique and well-designed interiors. The cozy bedroom overlooks a peaceful garden, offering a serene escape. Please note: As in many Parisian buildings, the ceiling is LOW – 2.10m (6’11”) high. If you are very tall, this might be something to consider. If you have any questions about this, feel free to send me a message! The Space: Ideally located near the Opera, this renovated apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers! On the 6th floor with elevator, it offers a comfortable setting for your Parisian stay. Important: Private toilets are available on the landing, opposite the front door (on the left when exiting the elevator). The key is on your keychain. The toilets located inside the apartment are out of service and access to them is strictly prohibited. Any use will result in a billed technical intervention. As a result, we have to go outside, across the hall, to use the toilet. It is very inconvenient for someone who is older, who needs to use the toilet more frequently at night.
