### Paris : Spacious Apartment 200 meters from rue de Rivoli

Hi !  
I would be delighted to welcome you to my flat, ideally located between the Opera and the Tuileries Gardens.  
On the second floor of a Haussmannian building, you will be seduced by the mouldings and the generous space of this flat!  
Functional kitchen, bathtub, desk, dining table... perfect for a 4 person city break! The sofa is also convertible, so you can sleep 6!  
You can check my page on Airbnb by searching that "Paris : Grand Appartement 200m rue de Rivoli" on Google or by clicking on this link : https://www.airbnb.fr/rooms/588795449705565161\. However, I will not accept any bookings via Airbnb from 2023 onwards, so I invite you to book via Vrbo.
