Clean property with friendly staff, good facilities and a good breakfast, the hotel is close to Disney Land Paris and a great place to stay for a stop off before heading on to Disney Land.

I would advice anyone booking this hotel to check the commute, and if you are not driving your own car it is cheaper to pay for cabs to and from the CDG airport.- otherwise lovely hotel

Lovely hotel.. rooms are pretty small once sofa beds open up.. there was no shower gels I did request this and was told someone was going to get some but never did. Staff was almost non existent. Lifts took forever need more than one. Never saw what was around the area but seemed like was in middle of no where and no free shuttle into Disneyland paris park

Disappointing
Went for a trip to Disneyland Paris with the family. Picked this hotel which was above average rates due to the swimming pool and eating. Very disappointed with the whole experience. We knew it was a seasonal pool, however the pool was under reburb. Kids were really disappointed. The service was rubbish. The hotel ran out of milk (room ones) and we're not re stocking until Monday when we were due to my leave. We requested a few things through room service and we're left hanging. Such a shame when the infrastructure is actually nice.

good place for a restful stopover night
We had a very god stay at the Novotel, which is situated nearby the highway. Room was overall clean, exept one Snail at the toilette ceiling and questionable if the sofa bed was really covered with fresh linnen. Over all for a french and paris scale it was the best option for a stop over and a restful stopover. The hotel complex itself and the garden is very beautiful also the parking space is obviously very save and better than what other cheaper competitors (formule 1) offers.

Check in was 12pm on our booking. We arrived at 1.30pm after a long journey from England but had to wait another half an hour in reception before we could go to our room. Otherwise all else okay.

Stayed here the night before going to Disney, which was only a 15 min drive from the hotel. Hotel was clean and very modern. The only negative was we arrived late at night and when we got to our room found that the sofa beds were not made up and there was no spare bedding in the room. The guy at reception was very helpful and found us some bedding. Breakfast in the morning was great and had many options for my daughter who has a milk allergy l. Would definitely stay again

You need to be driving to stay here. There's nothing much around the area. Rooms were comfortable, swimming pool was out of service. A bit of a drive to Disneyland Paris and Val de Europe Shopping Centre.

We stayed here for one night on our drive to Disneyland Paris where we then stayed. The hotel was easily accessible just off the A104/A4 junction. Parking was easy. The hotel reception was nice and the staff were friendly. The price was good for an overnight stay,

The hotel was very clean, rooms were well equipped, comfortable beds and the fact that the sofa bed folded out into two single beds was ideal for travelling with children. The bar was small and very busy, the breakfast was fine. The only issues we had were that the room was extremely hot and no amount of fiddling with the room thermostat helped. The sink in our bathroom also struggled to drain. Easy drive to Disneyland and plenty of places near by to eat (both restaurants and fast food) including some that are walkable.

Very clean, safe, friendly staff and good service. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Location was good to use public transport - 10mins from Disney by Car, 20 mins by Bus-Train. Easily commutable.

Don’t stay. This is the worst Novotel in the world. I booked three rooms, all dirty and dusty. Uncleaned stained toilets. Shoe marks in the showers . Staff didn’t care about my concerns. Breakfast is poor. 2022 and no veggie or vegan alternatives to sausages? Only corn flakes available . A two slice toaster . Very poor and unhygienic. The restaurant manager touches the juice mouth piece with his hands when replacing the juice. Disgusting mushy scrambled eggs. Horrendous. Only good thing is the parking and tesla charging.

We stayed here as it was near Disney land it was easy to find, great breakfast, great room, beds were comfy, perfect for a family stay. There is a pizza restaurant walking distance and an American diner down the road also. Just could not recommend this hotel enough I’d you have driven and happy to drive around and to Disney land

The hotel was nice, the rooms are small for a family of 4. But the hotel had a pool and playground. We had 8 people and ask for a joining rooms, they said yes but then didn't have them.

Perfect say from the staff overall front desk, kitchen, cleaning. And i drive a Tesla this is super perfect as i can charge my Tesla at the supercharger is on the Hotel Parking.

Booking in process very slick The hotel has put in place all the required measures to combat civil 19. Sadly this means that some of the normal qualities you would expect have been scrapped for the being. It is a little on the expensive side compared to other hotels and it would be nice to get a deal once in a while never had one despite visits over the last 18 years I have used this hotel before on several occasions and plan to do so in the future. Highly recommended
