Nous vous proposons notre appartement parisien, un beau duplex de 110 m² très lumineux entièrement carrelé et nettoyé qui vous proposera deux chambres et deux salles de bains privatives avec une vue dégagée sur PARIS à proximité du bois de Vincennes ou vos enfants apprécierons surement le très beau ZOO récemment rénové - une petite terrasse vous permettra depuis la chambre parentale de prendre votre café en regardant le Sacré - Cœur à Montmartre au loin La cuisine est récente et parfaitement équipée pour votre séjour. l'appartement a été entièrement rénové courant 2022.. il est accueillant, lumineux, sain avec une vue dégagée grâce à ses larges baies vitrées. 2 chambres : \- La chambre rose et or pour les parents avec sa petite terrasse (lit en 160) \- La chambre bleue pour un adulte ou bien un ou deux enfants (lit en 140) … les 2 chambres ont chacune leur salle de bains privée. (la salle de bains de cette chambre a été récemment refaite). Afin de vous accueillir et vous permettre une installation sereine, Nous aurons mis à votre disposition du thé, du café - le linge est également fourni. La ligne de bus 46 au pied de l'immeuble vous amènera soit vers VINCENNES, son château - le bois, le zoo et le Parc Floral, soit en plein cœur de PARIS par le 11ème arrondissement et directement ensuite à LA GARE DU NORD. La gare de LYON et la GARE d'AUSTERLITZ (bus 215) sont toutes proches et rapides d'accès ainsi que la gare MONTPARNASSE (via les lignes 6 et 8 du métro) tout proche (station Felix Eboué - Daumesnil). l'Hôpital Rothschild est également tout proche ainsi que l'Hôpital St Antoine. Il est relativement facile également de relier ORLY. Vous pouvez réserver une place de parking sécurisée avant votre venue avec le site internet ONEPARK., de nombreux emplacements sont à proximité. Enfin tous les commerces de proximité sont au bas de l'immeuble, une supérette et de nombreux commerçants vous attendent, ainsi que le marché sur l'avenue Daumesnil tous les 2 jours. Vous êtes tout proche de la Place Félix Eboué (DAUMESNIL) et proche de NATION et donc du centre de PARIS et de tous les sites touristiques. Le 12ème arrondissement est un quartier populaire, joyeux, vivant, coloré et vous pourrez y découvrir : \- le quartier d'ALIGRE et son immense marché incontournable (rue et place d'Aligre ouvert du mardi au vendredi de 7 h à 13 h 30 et le we jusqu'à 14 h 30. \- non loin de la Gare de LYON, la rue Crémieux, agréable et photogénique grâce à ses immeubles aux couleurs vives. \- et bien sûr le Viaduc des ARTS. \- La coulée verte, ou promenade plantée, qui passe au pied de l'immeuble est l'ancienne voie ferrée qui parcourait l'est parisien jusque dans la campagne. Entièrement piétonnisée elle offre un environnement verdoyant au cœur de la ville grâce à un parcours long de 5km jusqu'au château de Vincennes où vous pourrez continuer votre course à travers le bois si vous le souhaitez. Tantôt dans les airs, tantôt sous terre. Cette promenade unique qui s’étend de la Bastille au bois de Vincennes vous fera passer de viaduc en passerelle, de tunnel en tranchée, à travers l’Est de Paris. Créée en 1988 par Philippe Mathieux et Jacques Vergely, à l’emplacement de l’ancienne ligne de chemin de fer qui reliait depuis 1859 la place de la Bastille à la Varenne-Saint-Hilaire (94), elle n'a été entièrement piétonisée que récemment. \- le site de l'ACCOR ARENA est également tout proche de l'appartement avec une programmation d'évènements sportifs ou des concerts. \- pour vous rafraichir une piscine est à 2 mn à pied, c'est une piscine municipale, c'est la piscine de REUILLY. La procédure d'accueil très impersonnelle (uniquement message WhatsApp et boîte à clé) mériterait d'être améliorée pour faciliter la prise en main du lieu, d'autant qu'en dehors du micro ondes nous n'avons trouvé aucun mode d'emploi des différents équipements. ##### Patrick A. Dans la cuisine, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La résidence est très calme et proche de tous les commerces et du métro et des bus. Le réseau WIFI fonctionne très bien. La communication avec la propriétaire était très facile; avant notre arrivée, elle nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires et a répondu à nos questions pendant le séjour. Par contre, le contact avec la gestionnaire locale était insuffisant : il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir, au téléphone on est toujours tombé sur un répondeur. ##### Hildegard K. There’s a grocery across the street and restaurants which are very convenient. Right at the bus top, to access local zoo and historical sites within minutes. There is one train station you can get to within minutes. Most stations are 13 minutes away walking, like the RER. The train takes you to the downtown area where the museums are located. The Eiffel Tower can be seen from the museums which is about 15 minutes away on foot from the museums. Downside of rental there is no actual pool or hot tub on premises. We enjoyed the location because it was close to the Metro station (which we used in abundance). Our only negative experience was our check in process. My phone was having difficulty connecting with the internet and that made it difficult to connect with the manager of the property. Our train in to Paris was canceled and we had to reroute our travel. That incident put us a couple of hours later than we expected for arrival. When we arrived, it was difficult to connect because of my phone issues. If there was a batter way to communicate, then we would have given all five stars across the board. Location is great and the cafe accross the street was fantastic. Check in was odd and the property manager (not host) was a no show. We are a Canadian couple who stayed in this apartment in September 2023\. We enjoyed our stay and would rent the place again. We enjoyed the fact that we were not in a super touristy area - yet, we had easy access to the center of Paris and its attractions. As noted by others, the apartment is in a building rented mostly by students, but this was not a problem at all : they were helpful, polite and the apartment was very quiet. Check in was ok but make sure someone meets you there. Otherwise, you will have to make your way to the 7th floor (students come in and out) and wait for instructions on how to get in. Not a huge problem - just needs to be taken into consideration. ##### Louise B. It was a great stay- once we got checked it. The check-in didn't go really well. We didn't realize it was student housing for college students. I wish more pictures/directions were provided for check-in. Like the front of the building and the door. We got a picture of where the lock box was, but that was on the 7th floor. We waited about 45 minutes and were about to start looking for another place to stay, when the woman showed up to check us in. Once we were settled in the place was great. You do need to manually lock the door with the key inside the apartment. The hot water wasn't working, which was a building issue, but a week without hot water was tough. ##### Deirdre M. Séjour de 10 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Michael K. 13 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Visit to Paris A couple of things about this property: 1 - It is exactly as advertised and the photos are accurate. 2 - It is not in a tourist area. The local restaurant menus are all in French. Make sure you have Google translate if you can't read French. 3 - Check in was a little weird. This property is in a student union building and the lockbox is outside the property on the 7th floor. You need to get someone to let you in the main door so you can get to the lockbox. Once we got to the lockbox everything was smooth. 4 - There are other restaurants down the back street. You need to go down the stairs in front of the building to get to that street. I would recommend the Godfather as a good place to eat. 5 - The Metro is a block away, Daumesnil stop on the number 6 and 8 lines. I couldn't get the ticket machine to give me a ticket for the right price. Better off going to the clerk for a ticket. 6 - Everyone we ran into was very nice and willing to help out. ##### Michael K. There are 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom for a comfortable stay. The living space upstairs features huge windows with lots of light. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking although we enjoyed the local restaurants. There is a metro stop down the street for access to the sights. We liked that it was off the usual tourist spots so we felt like locals. Also a convenient grocery across the street. Check in was a little stressful because the apartment is located inside a student building which is locked so you need to arrange to be let in the building. After a couple messages we got inside and all was fine after that. ##### Vicki S. Convenient to markets, stores, cafes and metro. Would absolutely stay there again. Spacious, comfortable, very quiet, great views. Kitchen is very well equipped. Living room is comfortable. Cute small balcony. Bathrooms are very small, and tight and could use a deep cleaning (toilet bowls, baseboards, corners, mirrors etc). Sunny with large blinds. Communication with owner was easier than property manager! Met property manager face to face for check in. Check out Instructions were missing until last evening 11pm when i advised the owner I would put key under the mat. Cleaners were supposed to meet me at 9.30am for check out day but I never saw them! Awkward booklet instructions. Needs updating (better description as to where the trash/recycling goes, mailbox location for key drop off). Highly recommend. We didn't, but one could cook there if desired. Very clean. Toward Eastern end of city, but not a big deal if one uses the wonderful Parisian metro system. And it is near Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz which worked well for us. Beds comfortable. Nice and quiet. On 7th floor, but elevator made that a moot point. Not sure how well the communication would have gone if one didn't have some fluency in French so would be sure to check on that if you decide to book this place. Personally, I would do it again in a heart beat. ##### Jule H. Spacious 2-story apartment with beautiful, wrap-around, floor-to-ceiling windows in a residential neighborhood, accessible to the popular tourist districts by Metro or bus (both are located very close by). The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a building that otherwise appears to be a student residence. Apartment has very effective central air conditioning, a combined Bosch clothing washing machine/dryer, very fast Wifi (500 MB/sec download speeds), a Bosch dishwasher and unlimited hot water in the 2 showers - amenities that can be difficult to find in Paris. We had difficulties with the Vrbo app/website during our stay, and the owner was very flexible, extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The local property manager (not the owner) was difficult to reach and communicate with for minor, day-to-day issues. We would be happy to stay here again, in the future, if we wanted a rental away from the bustle of the common tourist areas. ##### Lee W. Dominique and Alaine were very accommodating and arranged for their son to meet us so we could check in early. Unfortunately, we were delayed a day so we ended up checking in later. The location is good though it is a little bit of a distance from the center of Paris. There was a transit strike during our stay so this limited our ability to get around some but we managed. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious. The only drawback I would say is that the building’s heat was inadequate for the space. There were supplemental heaters which kept our bedrooms comfortable but the common areas could get a bit chilly. Also, there is no TV. That wasn’t a big deal for us, but for some people it might be an issue. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would reccomend it to others. ##### Elizabeth J.
