Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal retreat for your family holidays in Paris! The Space: Welcome to this 85m2, modern and bright flat, next to the emblematic center of Montmartre, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. Just a few minutes away from Picasso's studio and the beautiful Sacré-Cœur basilica (7 min. walk). Taste Parisian nightlife with cabaret at the Moulin Rouge (10 min). Hip restaurants and bars are everywhere, and the Abbesses metro station is within a 4-minute walk. Une deuxième douche serait un plus quand le logement est au complet, même s'il y a une baignoire dans une des chambres. Cuisine et logement parfaitement équipés, literie confortable.La procédure d'acces est plus simple qu'il n'y parait.Peut-être améliorer l'éclairage à l'arrivée à l'extérieur car c'est un peu juste ou mal place dans les escaliers. Enfin, le loueur répond tres rapidement et aimablement aux questions par messages mais, tout est en anglais et même en insistant, il faut chaque fois redemander des echanges en français. Il est fort désagréable quand on est un français qui loue à Paris et ecrit en français de se voir systématiquement en anglais en première intention. ##### caroline t. The living room was cozy and there was tea or coffee in the kitchen along with sugar for anyone who likes it. Loved it. The lounge pictures is not of the apartment we stayed in. There is curtains on the door ways to thr master bedroom not doors. Which made for noisy mornings when the bathroom was being used. Or anyone in the lounge. Curtains not quite wide enough. Beds conofrtable. Very clean. Well supplied kitchen but no coffee pot. Machine but no pods. TV in lounge didnt work, or the lamps. Although the property is very close to the Sacre Coeur, it was very quiet with vey little traffic or pedestrian noise. As it’s located in the heart of Paris, it was perfect for exploring the capital on foot. Close proximity to plenty of cafes and restaurants, although the property is equipped to cook if preferred. The property manager was prompt with any communication and enabled an easy entry and exit from the property. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. ##### Vanessa F. The sofa bed/living area was a separate room with a wall. The image showed it as an open space that included the kitchen area. No dresser in 2 bedrooms. Wifi does not work in back bedroom. Lots of stairs which was not mentioned. Says two bathrooms but really only 1 complete and the other a half bathroom. The upstairs apartment is noisy. It also showed terrace was off the same level but was really downstairs. The doorbell does not work. No broom or cleaning supplies. There was four of us so Not enough dish soap of toilet paper to last more than a few days so had to replenish. The location was perfect. It was clean and felt safe. The short walk to the metro made travel easy. The market was a stones throw away for any necessities we needed (which was mostly a bottle of wine in the evenings). So many cafes around to choose from was an added bonus. There were things that we didn’t realize from the listing that could be an issue for some. For us it was not. But if my mother had been traveling with me like she often does we would have had a problem. Yes there are two bathrooms BUT one is just a toilet and sink and it’s on the bottom floor when you enter. It’s the only thing on the bottom floor. There are steep stairs that you should be aware of because you’ve got to get your luggage up them once inside. The A/C isn’t near the master bedroom and although it does have a fan in there I was warm at night. I imagine it could be uncomfortable in the summer if you like your room cool while sleeping. There is one bathroom on this main level. It has a shower only. The bathtub is actually in the master bedroom. Like I said these weren’t issues for us. We loved the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us. We would stay again 100% in the future. I loved this side of Paris. ##### Abbi G.
