The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. For added convenience, the flat offers a clothes washer with a drying rack, as well as an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom. The first bedroom overlooks the quiet courtyard and features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom faces the street and also offers a queen bed. The living room includes a double sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to six guests. All beds have high-quality mattresses with professionally laundered sheets, pillows, comforters, and pillowcases. The apartment includes two bathrooms, both accessible from the hallway. Each is fitted with a shower, toilet, and sink. A hairdryer is provided, along with complimentary starter toiletries including toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
