This 80 sqm apartment is situated in a 19th-century building, surrounded by prestigious art galleries, great places to visit, restaurants, and cafes. With sunlight streaming in from morning to evening, Montmorency offers an elegant blend of design and Parisian lifestyle, providing the perfect immersion in the heart of the capital city. Featuring high ceilings, a spacious open living area, and two bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, offering an authentic and faithful experience of the French art de vivre in a private and privileged setting. Please note, the apartment is located on the first floor and there is no elevator. \## Neighborhood The Marais, a trendy district with a village feel, has become a Paris must-see.
