The location is a very chic residential neighborhood a few steps away from the parc monceau. the closest metro are Monceau on line 2 and Mirosmesnil on line 9 and 13, both are a 5-min walk from the apartment. The apartment is very airy ( 150 square meters or a little more than 1500 square feet),has high ceiling and lots of French windows most of them opening to a balcony, facing on a quiet street with virtually no traffic at night or on a courtyard. it offers a large living room with plenty of comfortable couches and armchairs. there is a large tv screen with international channels. The fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher,stove opens to a large dining room where you can comfortably eat at 8 or more. The master bedroom has a queen size bed ( 160\*200 cm or 64 \* 80 inches ). The second bedroom has twin beds. all bed materials are new, very comfortable and pillows are synthetic. one bathroom is composed of a large bath tub/ shower a toilet and a washer and a drier. The second bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. There are plenty of closets and the apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV. All windows close with shutters and therefore all rooms can offer complete darkness. For an additional cost of 15 euro per day, there is a possibility of renting a parking space which is situated in the basement of the building and reachable with an elevator . The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers high quality linens and towels. It is a walking distance (less than fifteen minutes) to the Champs Elysees , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourg Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (around 30 minutes) or a short metro ride (less than 15 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre. The area is very safe. There is a range of restaurants a supermarket and a baker in the immediate neighborhood. Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 300pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. Un extérieur classe et un intérieur "comme sur les photos". Bref on s'y sent très bien, comme à la maison. Nous avons été accueilli comme convenu dans un appartement très propre (nous avons même pu rentrer un peu avant - encore merci) de manière très sympathique, avec les explications nécessaires sur le côté pratique: les courses (avec boulangerie, G20 tout proche), fonctionnement de la télé, les poubelles, etc etc Bref à recommander sans hésitation ! ##### Philippe g. Beautifully laid out, large, filled with natural light, expressive contemporary artwork, ornate white trim on walls and ceilings, and furniture that is comfortable and a complement to its surroundings. Two bathrooms, two toilets. Large kitchen. Two small terraces with table and two chairs on each. Small grocery store, fruit stand, cheese shop, and butcher two blocks away. My daughter, my granddaughters, and I love this apartment. Oliver was great to work with, answering questions before our stay and greeting us upon arrival. Place could benefit from a new paint job, but otherwise in good condition. Location is near lovely Parc Monceau. Building very lovely and well-maintained with good small elevator to the 4th floor. We really felt like we were staying in Paris with this apartment. Oliver made the check in process so easy, the kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, location is great and walkable to the Arc & Champs Elysees.
