Dans une rue du Quartier Latin datant du moyen âge. Notre Dame, Louvre, La Sorbonne à 5 minutes. Métro direct pour Musée d'Orsay, Versailles, Tour Eiffel à 50m. Accès très facile depuis les aéroports. Accueil 24 heures sur 24. L'appartement a été refait à neuf récemment. Il se situe au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur une cour calme. L'accès est sécurisé. Le loft se compose d'une entrée avec coin-cuisine, une salle de bain, une grande pièce et une mezzanine. La grande pièce de 27 m2 a un éclairage zénithal. Elle est contient un coin repas, un coin salon et une alcove avec un lit double. Elle peut recevoir un futon pouvant servir chacun de couchage confortable pour une personne. La grande mezzanine de 11 m2 est isolée de la pièce à vivre. Elle dispose d'un lit double (140 x 200). Elle est accessible par un escalier escarpé et dispose d'une hauteur sous plafond de 1,30 mètre. La cuisine est bien équipée. La salle de bain indépendante; dispose d'une douche et de WC. Les draps, les serviettes et le linge sont fournis, ainsi ménage en fin de séjour. L'appartement est assez grand,mais il n'y a pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur,on ne voit pas le temps qu'il fait on se sent un peu isolé.On a eu l'impression que le ménage avait été un peu bâclé,on n'avait pas de feuille explicative qui nous aurait donné les informations d'usage comme le mot de passe du Wifi,comment fonctionne le téléviseur (on avait l'impression qu'il n'y avait pas le cable. Je croyais qu'on verrait les propriétaires en début de séjour. On s'est débrouillé, mais on a été un peu beaucoup déçu à notre arrivée. Par contre l'appartement est bien situé. N.B. Il y a un vélux au plafond qui ne s'ouvre pas,l'aération de l'appartement est minimale ,on devait ouvrir la porte d'entrée pour avoir de l'air quand c'était trop chaud. "C'était parfois chaud la nuit,surtout à la mézanine car le plafond n'est pas pleine hauteur et on ne pouvait pas laisser la porte d'entrée ouverte la nuit.Beau séjour à Paris,mais déception concernant l'appartement. Quick response We are glad choosing this place as first timer in Paris, its in the heart of city, very convenient to metro, bus, taxi, its also within 20 minutes walking to quite a few museums. The host is very thoughtful by providing umbrellas, which we used the first day! We slept very well even though there's a lot of night life action outside, its pretty quiet inside. My kids slept well in the two separate sofa beds too. I learnt to be careful on the loft by not standing up, and had quick hot shower due to smaller size of water heater, and these are all not big deal given the convience of the location. You are talking about seeing the Nortre Dan just a few steps out! Host is pretty responsive on all my questions and they are flexible to accommodate our early check in time. Walking distance to just about everything, and if the walk was further than you wanted there are 3 metro stops right there. Our first day we walked 1 min to the main road, and my daughters said, “Wow! I didn’t realize we were that close to Notre Dame!” While not fancy, the place has everything you need for time in Paris. We placed our fruits and veggies in the fridge. The shower was great! There was sleeping for the 3 of us. Probably could have another child sleep downstairs if there are 4\. The apartment itself was reasonably clean but the couch was broken (both sides were bent inward and we could not sit on it), there was NO sign indicating which apartment was the rental (no number or other indication). We didn't realize that the ceiling of the bedroom area was low until we arrived. This made it difficult for my husband to move around. And, I don't think the comforter on the bed was very clean. When we return to Paris, we would consider renting this apartment again but only if the above issues are fixed and there additional towels made available. ##### Nicole N. Large area for living and dining area; places to sleep on lower level (see Con's); we would recommend others to stay as this is a nice area and secured building. Con's: We are both tall seniors 5'-8" plus and could not stand up in the loft area, so we slept downstairs; there was a unpleasant smell in the bathroom so we left the fan on. ##### Ronald F. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### joff s. 14 sept. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Perfect Little Eden This is a sensational apartment to stay in. Cannot fault anything with it at all. Well spaced, well equipped, well positioned. Wi-Fi, hot water, toilet, shower, kitchen all work well. Little courtyard on site is a pleasant spot to take chairs outside and have a snack and drink and chat to neighbours. Well secured spot and right outside building entrance door are all the different restaurants to try in the Latin Quarter. We'll be back, thank you Isabelle and Olivier ##### joff s. Séjour de 7 nuits en septembre 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jenn B. 14 août 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Amazing location and great accommodation We spent 7 nights in this apartment with our two children (ages 6 and 9). Great location, just steps away from streets with lively energy (but you hear NONE of it in the apartment), delicious restaurants, groceries and crepes!!! Very close to 3 different metro lines, which made it easy to see pretty much every landmark in Paris (RIGHT around the corner from Notre Dame). The loft has very low ceilings and steep stairs, but the kids loved their own little ‘hide away’! Isabelle and Olivier were very easy to communicate with— super easy check-in instructions too! ##### Jenn B.
