The apartment is ideally located in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, a favorite district of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also next door. This apartment is located on the 1st floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining room and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. The dining area has a dining table for 8 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places. You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be. Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). The back room was hot and faces a maintenance area out the window. The location is close to a lot of Paris tourist sites. Multiple Metro stations are close by and easy to get around. Lots of great restaurants just around the corner, a short walk away. Check in and communication was easy and helpful. Overall, good location and nice place to stay. We were a group of six including two 10 year old children. We arrived in Paris just as the strikes were going on but had no problems with that what so ever. The metro stops were a short walk away as wells as shops and restaurants. We even walked to Galleries Lafayette and took in the incredible view from the top. Just as a note, French beds are closer to the ground that American beds so that took some getting used to but all part of the Paris experience. We would go back.
