The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this 17 m² studio apartment in L'Haÿ-les-Roses can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 7th floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation includes :   
\- A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed ...  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- A shower room with shower and WC  
  
The flat is ideally located in L'Haÿ-les-Roses, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Activities :  
\- Walks in the Parc de la Roseraie  
\- Close to Paris   
\- Covered market open 2 times a week opposite the residence  
  
Public transport :  
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

\- Nearest station: Bourg-La-Reine RER station, which is about 11 minutes' drive from Paris.   
\- Nearest airport: Paris-Orly airport, about 17 minutes by car.  
Metro line 14, linking Orly to the north of Paris, is 8 minutes away.  
The 286 bus is at the foot of the residence.
