Situé sur la rive droite, dans le 3ème arrondissement, plus précisément dans le quartier du Marais Beaubourg, il offre un accès facile à de nombreuses attractions emblématiques de la ville lumière. À quelques pas du Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg) et de la rue Rambuteau, vous serez plongé au cœur d'un quartier animé, regorgeant de boutiques, de cafés et de restaurants. De plus, la proximité de la station de métro "Rambuteau" facilite les déplacements dans toute la ville. En entrant dans le studio, vous trouverez à gauche une salle de bain complète avec douche, lavabo et WC, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour votre séjour. AC, Heat, Washer, drying rack, iron, stove top, dishes, coffee machines etc. For 2 older men with 2 very large suitcases, it's very small. For younger and less luggage, perfect! But we had a great time and would recommend it! Eh bien, c’est comme annoncé et super bien situé. Clim, chauffage, machine à laver, étendoir, fer à repasser, plaques de cuisson, vaisselle, cafetières, etc. Pour deux hommes un peu plus âgés avec deux très grosses valises, c’est vraiment petit. The Arts et Métiers museum is nearby. Beware of the narrow stairs and low ceiling above the bed. You can get injured if you are not careful. Be careful. If not this element, I would have given 5 stars. However, I had no idea the upstairs bed only had 3 feet of space between the mattress and the ceiling. It doesn't show in any of the photos nor on the description. Getting up can be a real doozy. It is small with no outside view. It is more suitable for a one person stay. the stairway up to the bed we found to be risky and certainly not suitable for anyone with a balance or mobility handicap. Excellent location to enjoy the Marias region of Paris. close to many great sites and restaurants. Our rating is low because of the risk of the stairs if getting up to go to the bathroom at night. My favorite walk was to the Louvre before the sun and the Parisians were up. Since I came to compete in the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation’s European Championship event, I had to bring the kimono uniforms that are worn when competing. So being able to wash them and not have to take them back all smelly was great. The spin dry cycle was amazing and my uniforms dried quickly on the drying rack. ##### Susan B.
