Property Details: This 40-sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing machine in the property and a drying rack is provided. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has an en-suite shower room while the toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. The Notre Dame Cathedral and gorgeous Ile de la Cite are 5 minutes’ walk and are not to be missed on any trip to Paris! You are always just steps from the hugely popular St Michel, St Germain and Jardin des Plantes. Le logement était propre mais le divan lit ok pour y faire dormir les enfants mais pour adultes, le matelas est trop mou. Nous avons eu un bon sejour quoi qu'il manquait certains element pour que ce soit parfait. Nous y etions 9 jours, famille de 4 mais on nous a fourni que le tiers d'un rouleau de papier de toilette. Aucun savon a lessive ni aucun savon pour le lave vaiselle. Qu'un seul sac de poubelle dans la cuisine également. La compagnie de gestion répond bien aux questions et commentaires. ##### David B. It was walkable to most sights we wanted to see and we loved that it was in a neighborhood. The bathroom is very small. I'm a petite woman and I felt cramped in it. The shower room is also very small. I did appreciate the host let me know about where we could store our luggage when we arrived before the Vrbo was available. It's just a couple blocks away. You do tend to get lots of canned responses from the host. Why I would not book this place again is it took me almost a month to get my large security deposit back (we checked out on July 6 and I finally received most of our deposit back on August 2). This was after sending at least 7 messages (and receiving slow responses to most of the messages they replied to) before I received the majority of the deposit back (it was 21 short). I sent one message about this and never heard back and then decided I could not spend anymore time on it. ##### Laura S. The fold out couch was comfortable although squeaky.CON:- Despite have 3 sets of windows, there is NO view of the street or anything except other windows of apartments. - The pictures make the rooms seem much much nicer and bigger than they are. - Even the simplest of meal preparations or even just heating some food is quite challenging due to the complete lack of functional counter space in the kitchen. - The toilet or WC is absolutely tiny, a large person would have trouble turning around in it. - Wear slippers as the floors are a bit splintered. - Upon arrival we found an unwashed drinking glass in the kitchen. - When we discovered that the drain in the shower was very slow, the host responded rather quickly that we should buy a certain product to pour in the drain, save the receipt and they would reimburse us. -The bedroom was very dusty in areas. - There was 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper available to us ##### Anne N. Canned messages that didn't answer our questions. During our stay we were left with a half a roll of toilet paper and none of the amenities listed. I messaged and was told I had to go purchase them myself. On vacation the last thing I want to do is purchase supplies that were supposed to be provided. I spent time on vacation shopping with a 10euro budget for soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. They provided instructions for check out including where to take the garbage. The video was helpful but the key did not work and they are clear that they will charge you if you don't take out garbage. I brought garbage outside and found a can on the street to dispose of the garbage. I messaged them and their reply and hour later was "ok" no further instructions telling me where to take garbage.
