The outstanding feature of this hotel is its location. Within easy walking distance to shopping and notable venues. The staff is courteous and attentive, and the concierge is excellent. She got us reservations at the last minute for a wonderful Seine dinner cruise. The room was adequate, but the hallway to the elevator made it seem like you were going the back way to work in the kitchen. Also dimly lit.

Hotel is good, location is soecial, I had only one big complain. During all my stay, I complained about the air conditioner, and it continue to be hot. They don’t have air conditioner, it is fan, so it is not a good option for summer time.

Definitely not more than a 3 star. Rooms are small and carpet looks dirty . The shower was basic handheld and the water temperature was fluctuating. Good location and reasonable price for ( 5 star) . All surrounding restaurants are tourists traps. Way better hotels to choose from

This stay was a huge disappointment — my advice is stay away from here. The decor and amenities were atrocious. The shower & bathroom was almost unusable — you basically had to climb into the shower to use it and then it caused the whole bathroom to get wet. The rooms are dark and dingy. Staff was less than accommodating. And the overall design of the hotel is just odd and looks cheap. The buffet breakfast was fine, which was the only somewhat redeeming quality. I honestly think a hostel would have been a better choice.

Industrial look and layout
I stayed fpr one night. The hotel with somewhat an industrial layout and look, My room have a shower but would flood the shower/toilet area after use and remaining wet for sometime.

I really liked the area this hotel was in. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning was non existant - which made it hard to sleep. Other than that, I would recommend.

I think the hotel had recently reopened so may have been getting just going. Room was not clean when we arrived, this was done quickly without much inconvenience. Overall it is a 5 star location but a 4 star hotel at best. To be fair for location it was not priced at a 5 star level. Not a lot going on at the "bar" each day so little atmosphere. This may all have been related to reopening to be fair.

This property needs upgrading.
I was looking forward to stay at this property. The check-in was relatively easy and at that time, I was told my room was in a different building, right there I knew I was in for a surprise. The hotel should be very clear about the rooms and indicate that depending on the rate of the room is the allocation, old and new. Needless to say I switched rooms to the new building for which I had to pay. The new room was a little better but still, not pristine as the photos published. The hotel looks tired and not well kept. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, food choices, presentation and service, all below average. I’m an admirer of Margiela but not sure what the connection is, I saw 4 rooms, one in the old building, 3 in the new. I’m not sure if any representative from Martin Margiela would approve. Unimpressed.

Good location but no atmosphere
The reception staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean but no real atmosphere. The bar wasn’t really a bar. I never saw anyone in it and didn’t even see any drinks. We were across in building 2 and there was a terrible heavy construction noise every morning. This is obviously not the hotels fault but it looks like that will continue for quite a while and you have no chance of sleeping when they are working. Location was great and we did enjoy our stay but I would select another larger hotel next time with a bit more atmosphere.

This property is very close to the Champs Elysees (about a 5 minute walk). The staff were really nice & helpful. We had booked 2 rooms for 1 night. The room sizes were decent but the quality was not impressive. The bathroom shower/tub combo was treacherous. The tub didn't drain properly so it was very slippery & there was not a safety bar to help exit the tub. Stepping out of the tub is a good 2 inches to the floor without anything to balance/hold onto. The shower also had mold in the seams & the shower didn't work. Our view wasn"t impressive (back ally & a building that was partly demolished.

Great Hotel, Great Location
This is a fantastic hotel. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, and they were able to get us into a room well before the check in time. The room was very comfortable and had everything my wife and I needed. It is easy walking distance to plenty of good restaurants, great shopping, many of the attractions, and close to a subway station. Overall, it is a great place to stay.
