It is located on the 1st floor of a historic 17th century building in the center of Paris and overlooks a typically Parisian courtyard. It is located very quiet and in the heart of Paris. Here is the 4th arrondissement, museums and attractions will surprise you at every turn! Take a walk accross the bridges of the river Saine to Ile de la Cité (5 minutes), to Notre Dame (8 minutes) and Ile Saint Louis (10 minutes). This apartment has a very large 40 m2 living room, a large dining room, an equipped kitchen, an independent laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate WCs. The apartment has a very high ceiling (more than 3 meters) and the floor is in marble and period parquet. Living room: marble stone tiled floor, exposed beams on the ceiling, carpet, 2 leather sofas, 4 large windows with courtyard view, coffee table, console, large mirror, built-in cabinet with shelves, drawers, TV, DVD player, home cinema , Hi-fi system. Dining room: large glass table, 6 leather chairs, leather armchair, sideboard, large mirror, console, large window facing courtyard. Bedroom 1 "master bedroom" with en-suite bathroom: Wooden parquet floor, double bed 180 x 200 (new mattress), bedside lamp and bedside table, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, window with double glazing and view of courtyard. Radio, Hi-fi system. En-suite bathroom with large shower and double sink incorporated in a storage unit and toilet. Bedroom 2: Wooden parquet floor, 140x200 double bed (new mattress), carpet, bedside lamp, chest of drawers, bookcase, radio, double glazed window onto courtyard. Bedroom 3 : Wooden parquet floor, 2 beds 90X200 cm (new mattress), carpet, desk, bookcases, double glazed window on a courtyard. Newly redecorated. Perfectly equipped kitchen: stone marble tiled floor, 4 electric hotplates, microwave, traditional oven, extractor hood, large fridge, independent freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, orange press, robot and large window overlooking courtyard. Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron. Bathroom 1: Tiled floor, double sink with worktop integrated into a storage unit and large mirror, large shower, hairdryer, WC. Bathroom 2: Tiled floor, a sink integrated into a worktop with storage unit and large mirror, bathtub, hairdryer. Separate WC. Large hallway with storage cupboards. Sheets and towels provided. Wifi (fiber) throughout the apartment. Possibility to have an early check in from 2 pm (fee of 80 euros) and sometimes from 1.pm (fee of 120 euros) or eventually earlier (with extra fee, depending on guests before) or late check in with supplement (50Euros).. Possibility to have a housekeeper once a week (16 euros/ hour). Possibility for extra bed for baby (baby crib, 50 euros) and high chair (30 euros). Notice that we are renting our own flat, we are not professional, therefore we don't have hotel services or luggage storage before or after check out. Aug 13, 2018 #### Large, comfortable apartment in the most perfect location. We stayed in Aurore's apartment for a week in August, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Paris. The apartment was perfectly located, just steps away from a metro station and within a few minute walk to the hear of Le Marais. We were able to walk everywhere else that we wanted to in the city, too. The apartment itself was well-furnished and comfortable with plenty of space and all of the necessities -- including Netflix and a washing machine and dryer, which made our stay much easier. Beds were comfortable and the apartment stayed cool despite the heat wave. Our family (of adults) stayed in this lovely and spacious apartment for a week in November. We had lots of room and the apartment is conveniently located to almost everything in Paris including the metro, cultural sites, museums, shops and restaurants. While Rue de Rivoli is a busy street, you are transported to a quiet courtyard once you go through the main entrance that makes it hard to believe you are in the middle of a big city. I was looking for a place to stay for myself and my two university attending daughters over the week of Christmas. This apartment fit the bill to a T. My two daughters shared a bedroom and bathroom, while I had my own bedroom and bathroom. The flat is very spacious, so we were quite comfortable when resting in between our outings. The location is right next to the hotel de ville on rue de Rivoli, so many of the major tourist attractions were within easy walking distance. There’s also a number of great restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. The owner, Aurore, was excellent in communicating with us at all times. We were travelling with our adult son. The two bedrooms and two baths was convenient. The location was walking distance to most of the sights in Paris. The metro was right outside the door if we needed to go farther. We were on a busy street but the apartment was quiet because it is in the inner courtyard off the street.
