Great spacious apartment in a safe, more local Parisian arrondissement.

Had a great 5 nights here with my wife and 2 kids. Plenty of room without being on top of each other like a similar located hotel room would be. Surrounded by more local Parisian cafes, bars ans boulangeries (some of Paris best), a great area to return to after visits to the heavy trafficked major tourist areas. Would definitely book again upon our return.

Convenient location, just what we needed!

Great place to lay out heads each night. Being one and a half blocks from the metro made it very convenient. Multiple markets within a block. Slept our party of 6 people comfortably. Be prepared for the basement bathroom door that has clear glass panes.

Great location and space

The location was excellent with many bars, restaurants close by. There was plenty of space by Paris standards especially for groups. The host communicated excellently and replaced a heater when brought to her attention. A couple of small issues like wifi did not work downstairs and the dryer was not working which made washing hard.

We really like to location of this loft. Not far from metro stations, Gare de l'Est, and Gare du Nord. However, we think that the host should consider improving many things to bring this loft a good one to stay such as - add more lights at dining table - replacing all bed sheets, towels - increase wifi speed and coverage to whole loft (cannot reach wifi at basement) - improve ventilation for basement to reduce musty smells esp first time open the main door

Good location close to local transportation. The loft needed a lot of updates All the beds were lumpy, linens and towels were dingy. The owners should consider replacing everything and add Wi-Fi extension to the basement. The cleaning crew need to do better, the toilet seat were dirty with old pee stain. And very humid and smelly too in the basement.

Bonjour, Notre séjour s est trÚs bien déroulé. La résidence est calme et trÚs bien localisée. L appartement est trÚs bien pensé. Le petit point négatif est le manque d obscurité dans la chambre d enfant et dans le salon qui ne permet pas de faire de grasse matinée. Surtout à notre période de location. Merci et bon séjour aux prochains résidents.

Malgré la situation idéale du logement nous avons été trÚs déçu par l'entretien général, poussiÚre, restes alimentaires dans le réfrigérateur et les placards, lave vaisselle propre mais non vidé et le linge de maison laisse à désirer. Il manquait 2 serviettes de toilette et le couchage pour un lit 1 place, on nous a déposé une housse de couette sans drap housse et 2 serviettes mouillées que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser. Malgré plusieurs messages à la propriétaire nous n'avons plus reçu de réponse...

Great location

We selected this VRBO due to how close it was to the AreoStar station and it worked perfect. It’s also very close to grocery stores, the metro and restaurants. As it is written in the listing there are a bunch of stairs and the layout is a bit unusual but there were plenty of beds and two toilets. It was not extremely clean when we arrived, there were a couple of half gone water bottles on the kitchen counter but it was not a big deal. Overall we loved our stay.

Bonne situation

Appartement spacieux, bien situĂ© : Ă  moins de 5min Ă  pieds de plusieurs lignes de mĂ©tro ce qui nous a permis de bien visiter Paris. A proximitĂ© de resto, salle de theatre ( le splendide, le thĂ©Ăątre renaissance) pour les soirĂ©es et petit magasin carrefour pour les courses. Un vrai four ce que nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©. Et une machine nespresso : prĂ©voir des capsules. Par contre un sol de douche extrĂȘmement glissant.

Goede uitvalsbasis om een paar dagen Parijs te bezoeken. Buurt met leuke winkels en restaurantjes.

Het appartement is gunstig gelegen zowel de directe buurt als het bezoeken van bezienswaardigheden. De woning is rustig gelegen aan een cour achter de straat. Let wel: het bevindt zich op begane grond en deels in de basement, er zijn veel trapjes door de bijzondere indeling. Het is functioneel als uitvalsbasis, niet zozeer om te verblijven. Voor de gezelligheid moet je naar café's, waar er veel van zijn op 1 minuut lopen. DAt geldt ook voor supermarkt , bakker etc. We hebben een goed verblijf gehad en het contact met Sandrine verliep gemakkelijk.

Bon appartement mais annoncé trompeuse

L’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et il y a beaucoup d’espace, mais on ne voit et on ne comprend pas dans l’annonce qu’il y a beaucoup d’escaliers Ă  faire por aller Ă  la cuisine ou Ă  se coucher ! En le savant, je ne l’aurais jamais louĂ© , ayant des problĂšmes aux genoux!! En outre, en bas dans la chambre Ă  coucher il n’y a pas de WIFI
