It is also a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadéro. One of the best locations in Paris.  
  
Located 2 minutes' walk from the RER C - Station "President Kennedy's Avenue Station Radio House"

It has a large balcony, a large living room with convertible sofa and connected television, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and toilet.
