The room was not to standard at all, the photos online are very misleading. The heater was dusty and dirty, the finish of the room was horrendous and tiny. There were what looked like coffee stains on the bathroom door frame. I was moved to another room which I was told was bigger and it was not. IT was slightly better quality but it took me several emails and a visit to reception for anything to be done. The food in the restaurant was pleasant

Hard to get out of, but fine for a short stay

The hotel itself is a bit run down but fine for a short stay. The rooms are very small. I would say to any visitors the hotel is difficult to get to, and difficult to get out of! Because it is so close to the exhibition centre, when that closes it becomes difficult to make your way back from any public transport as the hotel is just on the motorway. I am unsure if we missed something on our visit but could not figure out how you would get through the gates after 7.30pm. If arriving by car/taxi this is not an issue really but the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. Fine if you are just going to the exhibition centre and back then leaving. It is quite confusing on how to get around if not by car. The breakfast was good, decent selection and filled up reguarly.

This is in the middle of nowhere, on a motorway, with no public transport, so you need a car (or use an uber which are strangely v expensive here) The restaurant and bar here are closed at the weekends strangely so no access to food and drink. Very basic room which didn’t bother me as we were stopping here before going off on a flight elsewhere.

Surprisingly silent

Stayed one night, and there were surprisingly quiet compared to location near airport and highway. Free parking, and about 10min walk to train station from where there was 30min direct to city center. The room was a little small for 3 persons - but okay when sleeping only, and the ac worked well.

Arrived around 11:40pm . The lineup for reception (one receptionist) was out the doors , waited until 12:40 am and still in lineup that didn’t move , poor quality of place and service . Had to leave. Booked another option with difficulty (after midnight-different day) and left . Was lucky to find another place to accept me . (That was costumer service !!!) never again !!!

The distance to the metro station was reasonable, but access to the expo was blocked and guarded by an unfriendly security guard who offered no directions to reach the metro station. This was especially unsettling after evening outings, as the gate between the metro exit and the hotel was locked. It appears there is a phone at the gate to call the hotel for assistance, but this was never mentioned by the front desk. Overall, it’s highly inconvenient for guests who prefer not to rely on their car to get around. Avoid completely if you can.

260€ la nuit pour un ‘simple’ IBIS c’est extrême cher. Pour ce prix l’accueil est inadmissible. L’état de l’hôtel est déplorable. Les chambres n’ont jamais été rénovées. Uniquement la douche a priori. Pas de chaise pour travailler, éclairage défaillant. Porte de la salle de bain impossible à fermer. Le service au restaurant est déplorable, erreurs en chaîne, très longue attente, oubli de plats ou verres. Au check-out édition de facture avec le bon montant impossible! Impossible de comprendre pourquoi. Parking non sécurisé. Barrière d’entrée détruite qui traîne au sol. Triste de payer si cher pour aussi peu de service et un si mauvais fonctionnement! Seul la proximité avec le parc des expos est positive.

260€ la nuit pour un ‘simple’ Ibis, c’est très cher payé. Surtout avec si peu de services et une si mauvaise organisation! Éclairage de la chambre défaillant, pas de chaise, malgré deux demandes. Les chambres datent probablement de la construction. Seul la douche semble rénovée. Impossible de fermer la porte de la salle de bain. Le service au restaurant est déplorable. Oublie de plats, erreur de plats et d’accompagnement, longue attente, etc… Édition d’une facture avec le bon montant impossible! Séjour compliqué. Le personnel est malgré tout professionnel et les chambres sont propres.

Nej tack

Låg standard på hela hotellet. Smutsigt, svårt att ta sig till stationen genom conventcentret, något obehagligt sent på kvällen att passera området. Frukostbuffé dålig hygien, dels stod en som jobbade med frukosten och åt en pannkaka mitt vid buffén, tog den rakt med händerna. Glas, muggar och bestick dåligt diskade. Bord kladdiga och ej rengjorda. Om man bara ska sova över en natt och åka därifrån kan detta hotell fungera, annars ska man leta efter annat. Barnens recensioner snälla aldrig mer hit eller till något liknande igen. Då har de sovit i allt från tält till hög standard hotell under alla våra resor.
