Perfect Paris apartment, close but still in a neighborhood setting
This small Parisian apartment was perfect for a couple and 27 year old daughter. We loved the neighborhood. Isabella and her daughter were great hosts.

Great apartment, great location
My friend and I were looking for a place to stay that was removed from crowded tourist areas. This perfectly met our needs! The location was near restaurants and boutiques, and was conveniently located near the metro as well as Gare du Nord. The apartment itself made good use of the space, with a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedding. It was perfectly sized for two adult friends traveling together. I look forward to staying here again!

Enjoyable stay in a terrific neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay during the Olympics in Isabel's apartment. It was a good size for 2 people. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but we expected that in Paris. Isabel greeted us at check-in and gave us plenty of information about the apartment and neighborhood. We did not use the bus, but we did use the nearby metro frequently. Rue de Martyrs was one of my favorite streets in Paris with its bakeries, cheese, meat and wine shops. Perfect for taking back to the apartment on the nights we did not feel like eating out. We did not use much in the kitchen other than the Nespresso and washing machines. Both came in very handy.

Awesome Place to Stay
The property is good fit for 4 people. We stayed with two 10 and 14. Check-in process is smooth, Isabel was there to receive us personally, she was great. Explained us how everything works and provided the details. It’s very easy to communicate with Isabel and very cooperative. The property has bus stop right below it, we can take the bus to visit Louvre, Opera,Montmartre, Galleries Lafayette and other attractions. Even metro also close to the property. Lot of good Bars, Restaurants and Bakeries near and around the property. Overall great place to stay, will recommend it to everyone. Looking forward to stay there again.

Nice little apartment
The hostess was lovely and very helpful. The apartment was small but nice. The one concern was the size of the shower, which was really small, the size of a motorhome shower. It was sufficient for our short stay. Nice neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Close to the metro.

Perfect stay for my girls and I
Very comfortable beds, quality linen, full kitchen and washing machine. Walkable to both Gare du Nord and opera by about 15 min. Super close bus stop. Quiet neighborhood. Isabel is a very kind and gracious host, she made our stay very special.

Perfect for our needs
My daughter and I traveled to Paris to celebrate her high school graduation--her choice instead of having a big party. I am SO glad we landed on Isabel's property for our stay! The apartment met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked with any dishes or utensils we could possible have needed, the whole apartment was pristinely clean, bedding and towels were great, the apartment was absolutely adorable (love the decorating choices), and the location could not have been better for us. If I have the opportunity to travel to Paris in the future, this apartment will be my first choice for my stay.

Super apartment and fantastic location
The apartment was a wonderful home base in the lovely 9th arr. and Isabelle was a helpful and responsive host. My daughter and I shared the bedroom with one in the bed and the other on the folding futon single and our son in the entry room. Beds were great and although a small apartment (it's Paris so who needs or expects a large one?!), we had everything we needed! Loved exploring the small shops, particularly Boulangerie Pâtisserie Miche de Pain.

Great Location and comfortable stay
Isabelle is a wonderful host. She welcomed us when we arrived early in the morning from US. The apartment has all kitchen essentials. It also has a washing machine. We stayed for 4 nights. This place is very close to two metro stations. There are many cafés, grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. I will highly recommend this place to a family of four.

The apartment was very quintessential Paris. It was well equipped with everything that you could need and had many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. We were greeted upon our arrival and shown everything in the apartment which was lovely. The location is a little further from the main tourist areas which was nice (crowds) but also made for a bit more walking. This was a great home base for our time in Paris. The only thing to be aware of is the noise from people coming and going in the apartment (loud main doors) as well as noise from units beside and above. I had ear plugs so this wasn’t a problem for me.

Thisxapartment is located in a great neighborhood...pharmacies, eatteries, many shops - super marches/bakeries/cafes, #12 Metro Notre Dame de Lorette, 4 bus lines all very close by, walking distance to downtown and Moulin Rouge-18rh Arrondisement. An ideal location for your visit. The apartment is clean, small, typically french style, located on the first floor, with an elevator, a well equiped kitchen, and a good security system. Excellent Service and Response
What made our stay a very good one, was primarily our host, Isabele. After arriving into Paris with very little sleep, she made extra efforts to see that we had a smooth check-in. When the fan and coffee pot gave us problems, she within a few hours she had those appliances replaced. Overall she was so sweet, kind and helpful! The place is very clean and well stocked with lines and other necessities.

Beautiful stay in a lovely area
We are so happy our stay. Rooms are very small, I wouldn't have more than 2, maybe 3 people. It was comfortable and in such a lovely area. The bakery downstairs was probably my favorite of all the ones in Paris we went to. Isabelle was so lovely, and very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again, and will be telling my friends about this place.

The apartment is located in a central location close to public transportation. The apartment was not ready even though we arrived within the contract window. Very nice apartment only too crowded. Sheets and towels were worn out and old. The host doesn’t provide any written information or instructions if the place or emergency numbers or even where to throw the trash away. Very disappointed. We won’t come back.

Excellent location
Small, probably not comfortable for more than 2-3 nights if at full occupancy. The property is advertised with parking - this is not correct, the parking is a 5 minute walk away, payable separately. I did not meet Isabelle but she was pleasant and responsive on messages. The property is fantastically located, with beautiful shops and 2 metro stations nearby. Some recommedations for the local area would have been welcome in terms of restaurants, but other than that, it was well organised.

This Paris apartment was a lovely place to stay. It was walking distance from Gare du Nord and metro stops. There were quaint neighborhood cafes and grocery stores nearby along with a bakery and fruit and vegetable store. The apartment itself was clean and well kept. It had a full kitchen and two sleeping areas, which were convenient with children. The clothes washer was a luxury not found in most European rentals. The apartment even featured a little balcony which my daughter loved to sit in and watch the Parisian world go by. Communication with the host was fast, easy, and hospitable. I would gladly recommend this apartment to future travelers.

Beautiful Little Apartment
We loved our stay! Perfect little Pied-a-Terre! We were 4 and thought the unit was fine! Isabel was the perfect hostess and greeted us on arrival and explained everything in the apartment. We basically used it to sleep, and the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet at night. Cafe M around the corner was a wonderful cafe to hang out in and had excellent food. A Market and Patisserie were within steps and was super convenient. Would definitely stay again. Metro super easy from location and we used it at all hours.

Excellent stay! Thank you Isabel! Apartment was cozy but worked for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great having a fridge for breakfast stuff before heading out for the day. Perfect location for walking and metro. Loved just hitting cafes close by for dinner or drinks…watching Paris be Paris.
